    I went into Michael Hall Honda to buy an accord with my wife - I told him what I needed and what I wanted and they did that with no flash and no pressure to do anything I didn't wanna do. Honestly, it was the nicest experience I've had in my entire life purchasing a car. Dakota was my salesman he crushed it. The finance guys were cool. I really appreciate it. Thanks fellas.

    I'm mixed but overall satisfied Hohl is a half hour drive for me. I know it doesn't seem like much, but it's a drive I don't do often. So I researched online, then called. I talked to Maria and asked her to send me info on some 19 and 20 CR-V's. I was excluding black exteriors and interiors- Nevada hot summers are brutal with dark cars. I felt I received more info online than with her email. I made an appointment for mid morning on a Thursday. Armed with my notes and a friend I went in. I was given to John, a very and knowledgeable gentleman, but I was prepared to do business with Maria. So I felt like I started over, giving John the list of CR-V's I was interested in. He brought three up to the showroom awning for me, I test drive one. On a whim I asked to see an HR-V to compare size and other differences. 2019 HR-V's were being greatly discounted plus had a .9% finance rate. After over an hour of checking out five HR-V's I finally decided the H suited me better than the C. So we go inside to begin the paperwork. At 2pm we are now waiting on approval from the finance department- not an issue, we said we were going to grab a quick lunch. We got the feeling they thought we were leaving, since he offered to order lunch delivered. Not at all we needed a break, we had been there four hours by now. After lunch we returned to review and sign paperwork, which seemed to take another hour. John had the H detailed while I was with finance. When it was finished, he took another 45 minutes to review my new car from bumper to bumper, inside and out. He even immediately paired up my iPhone. The entire staff was fabulous and kind. But a six hour day for me at a dealership was a lot. Having not bought a car in over 20 years, I had no idea it's so complicated or thorough today. I'm excited to enjoy my beautiful new HR-V for the next 17 years- that's how long I enjoyed the Seabring convertible.

    Factory recall. Honda said it takes 20 minutes. Michael Hohl said 1 hour, it took 2 hours.

Tom called and said the DEF tank (inside sensor) was at fault, and they didn't have one in stock so he sent for one at a Reno dealership...told me my truck would be ready at the end of the day. I was impressed. Not only was my truck being repaired, but the communication was great. I have had poor experiences with other Chrysler dealerships, (I mean possible!) but this was by far the best. And the shuttle drivers were great, they stayed in contact with me as far as when they would pick me up, where, etc. I would recommend the service department at Carson City Dodge. Gary S.

Now I get that not everyone does research before contacting for parts, so I know what I need before contacting. After more than a dozen messages back and forth in their time saving and convenient chat, nothing. You don't need my address and email, you don't need my payment info, just a simple yes or no answer would have given you 5 stars. I get why you want all that information. So you can sell my information and ini-date me and bother me with buying a new car or servicing my car. This is why Dealers fall so short on customer service, GREED!!

I originally told them what the problem was which was the alternator almost 100% sure. I took it to several O'Reilly stores when the car was acting up and they all registered as it's the alternator going bad. Took it to Nissan they said nope it's this, this, and this and we will do the alternator if you really want to at 600 bucks on top of the $1100 I was already paying for all the stuff they said it actually was. Okay cool, if you are certain it's not the alternator we won't do that then. Registering at 14.2. Took it off the lot and two days later the problem is back. So brought it back in. They said nope alternator is fine and no codes are popping up. Okay fine I give up. Continued to have problems but managed for eight months. Then complete crash. Now I bring it back in the replace the battery and the alternator is now over charging the battery. Now they want to listen and charge me 900 dollars bc now the codes are coming back saying so. What the xxxx happened to actual mechanic work and not just saying this is what is wrong or not wrong bc the codes say so. I have zero mechanical experience, but I'm can deduct based off some basics and the problems I was having, like a mechanic weird lol. But no O'relilys was wrong, I was wrong, several others voiced it including my boyfriend, nope all wrong but especially me bc I am a girl right? Swindlers. Oh and then offered to do a trade in. What a joke.

    You know that auto mechanic you'd always hope you'd find, someone that knows your cars (and you),…read moredoes great work, doesn't take forever, and charges a fair price? Well, we found him. His name is Ron, and he's the guy behind Daily Driven Per4mance. We first encountered Ron through Yelp--we were looking for local auto mechanics to look over our 20-year-old car which was having a power steering problem. Ron gave us an estimate and timeframe over Yelp for looking at our car that was within our budget and timeframe. He took a look at the car and diagnosed a problem that would cost $1500 to fix--but he didn't charge us for the inspection itself. Instead, we promised him that we would bring the car we were planning to buy to replace our old car for him to look over. And that we did--we bought a used car as a replacement, a car we were very happy with, and a car which needed an oil change. We brought it to Ron for an oil change and a general inspection. He got both jobs done within a few hours, and he charged us a fair price for the service. (And he says we got ourselves a nice used car.) We did get us a nice car--and a nice mechanic to boot. Next time you're looking for quality auto service, get a hold of Daily Driven Per4mance! Highly recommended.
