My daughter has had many, many, many doctors in the past, but Dr. Robinson really takes her time, and actually goes out of her way to help her patients. You never feel like she's in a rush, she takes her time to listen, she asks questions, she makes you feel that you and your concerns are important and that she really cares. She is the most caring, understanding, kind, professional doctor, I really can't say enough about her. If she ever changes locations I would travel to where ever she goes. The healthcare provider was thorough and pleasant. The biggest downside to this appointment was the wait time... We waited close to an hour to be seen even with an appointment. I made an online appointment for 4:45pm...but it sounded like they were super busy that afternoon. Everyone apologized for the wait time and thanked us for our patience. My experience with Graybill keeps getting worse…read more More than a week ago, I tried to schedule an appointment with my regular primary care physician, whom I've seen for nearly eight years. I was told he had no appointments available until June, so I was scheduled with a PA I had never seen before. On the day of the appointment, I arrived five minutes late because of traffic. The receptionist was immediately rude and said, "You're late." I apologized and explained that I was stuck in traffic. She replied, "Well, they're very strict," and told me to sit down. Two minutes later, she told me the provider wanted to reschedule. I declined and said I would be filing a grievance instead. After I left, someone else from Graybill called me. She was also rude and unapologetic. While I was speaking with her, I had Sharp Health Plan on the other line and merged the calls. When the grievance manager asked whether the office has a grace period for late patients and whether patients are told about each doctor's preferences in advance, she said that policies vary by doctor: some will not see a patient if they are one minute late, some will see a patient if they are 15 minutes late, and some will even see a patient if they are two hours late. She then claimed that patients are always told these policies and are also told to arrive 15 minutes early. That was not true in my case. I never received any reminder or notice telling me I needed to arrive 15 minutes early. I still need medical care and am now left trying to figure out whether I need to find a new primary care provider. What makes this even more frustrating is that Pamela responded to my previous review and told me to call, but she gave me the wrong number. I later got the correct number from my primary care physician's office manager, called it, left voicemails, and never received a return call. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone looking for a new medical group to think twice before choosing Graybill. They strive to provide the worst in patient care quality.

He and the staff are amazing, including the male nurse and front desk personnel. Special shout-out to DR. VEENA ARUN, too, who saved my vision on an entirely unrelated, separate visit (not in UC). This was a while back. She's an eye-saving ophthalmologist who did wonders when no one else could -- not even my PCP nor ER doctors (with a CT scan when my primary doctor had said I needed to be seen ""STAT"). The woman Dr. Arun LITERALLY saved my vision. The staff got in right away. Dr. Arun rose above and was so calm and professional. Her demeanor made a huge difference. Her treatment was life-changing. (You take your vision for granted until something happens to the contrary, for which I am forever thankful to this skilled, gifted ophthalmologist.

At my August 26th appointment, my doctor explicitly told me--and their website confirmed--that I would receive my results in 2 to 3 days. When that timeframe passed with zero communication, I contacted Sharp, only to be informed that their in-house radiology department is currently 7 to 14 business days behind. I have been dealing with severe pain since that appointment and have an upcoming consultation with an orthopedist on the 8th. Because of this failure, I won't even have my basic radiology results to support my care or show my specialist. It is completely baffling and unacceptable that an in-house department can fall this far behind in modern healthcare. Shame on Sharp for failing their patients to this degree. If you have any alternative options, please go elsewhere--it is clear that things are only getting worse here.

I have seen his NP a couple of times and she has been helpful as well. My husband and I (he only sees patients 18+) are relatively healthy people who only need a doctor for the occasional cough or flu and Dr. Lilley's office is always able to get us in quickly and takes good care of us. When I started to have more chronic issues after the birth of my son, Dr. Lilley has helped me compile the information from the specialists I've seen. And you have to love how he pulls out his iPhone to look up a particular medication that he has a question about! UPDATE: Dr. Lilley is now retired.

Being assured the stinger was out he listened carefully to past history of idiopathic infection and ordered the proper antibiotic and tetnus shot. I was touched by his kindness and thorough care and ability to ease anxiety. Would love to have Dr. Lee as my permanent Family Doctor.
