I can absolutely recommend seeing either of them for your medical needs. I have limited experience with Dr. Lee and the office staff but found them all to be just as helpful. I have not met Dr. Penunuri as yet. Tiara has helped me numerous times through the flu and other sicknesses as well as a few injuries that have befallen me. She listens carefully and provides outstanding care. Her insight has been spot on and I couldn't be happier to have her in my corner. She is kind, gentle, thorough and empathetic. I hope to continue to have her as a resource for my medical concerns. Michelle has helped my wife and I both and she is just as magnificent! Thorough, insightful and very empathetic. Any time we have gotten sick these past years and she is on the case, the sickness didn't stand a chance ;-) Dr. Lee was instrumental in my calcium oxalate diagnosis. Nice guy, but I only met him once... The front office staff has been easy to work with and always helpful with appointments. All in all I continue to come here when I'm hurt or sick and I love the care that I get. Thank you so much to the team, but especially Tiara and Michelle! They have been outstanding!!! If you need help, call them!!! If you need to be seen fast, call them!!! If you need great care, call them!!! Don't listen to the naysayers, these people treat you right!!! I…read morecalled first thing in the morning and I got a call back at 5:00 p.m. By this time, I would not have been able to make it to urgent care. I was told to go to the ER, but after working in an ER, I don't feel a UTI warrants an ER visit. Not only that, a $100.00 co-pay is too much for a UTI. My doctor knows I have recurring issues like this, I don't understand why she will not call in a prescription. January 1st can't come soon enough so I can go back to Scripps.

I'm a self-pay patient and have been since the beginning of my time with Doctor Olafson. I've stated it in every visit I've had with her. Recently, she keeps telling me that my prescription isn't "covered" and neglected to do her research when ordering blood tests, making sure I could afford them. Although I made a following appointment with her last year for this current year, her office asked me whether or not I had made an annual appointment for a follow up and I had to tell them, that yes, I did. So, somewhere, someone isn't doing their job and I am falling through the cracks. I no longer feel heard or that I matter to Doctor Olafson and her staff. I will be looking elsewhere for care.

We were referred to doctor Miller by a relative and we are so so pleased with our choice with Dr.David Miller. He is so detailed, caring, respectful, knowledgeable, patient and all the good qualities that one would want from a family doctor. He sends you email through MyScripps to inform you about what you need to know especially with test results that he is concerned and also calls you as needed. We would highly recommend him to others. They handle minor illnesses, injuries and even sports physicals. You can use the 'I'm on my way' checkin option on the scripps app to cut down on the wait time. We ended up going to scripps urgent care because what we needed to be seen for was out of their scope, but everyone we interacted with was very pleasant. 4 stars
