The problem is, after spending $45 for a car wash and a little interior work, I came home with a VERY dirty car. (Photo, below.) As I've only been home long enough to write this review and I live a few minutes away, you can safely assume it was this dirty when I left. The average car station gas wash does a better job than this for a fraction of the price. I WISH I had found/used a manual car wash. It's unlikely I'll ever go back.

(Btw, The correct solution is to have new folks go inside. Super easy, and doesn't inconvenience everyone else.) When I complained to the manager about being forced to wait in line for a long period of time (while the person in front of my slowly and leisurely sign-up for the "quick" monthly service") he told me I was to blame for the situation! I suggest he is not a good manager and should be retrained in proper customer service or perhaps demoted. I am considering cancelling my membership based on this terrible service.

Car Detailing The…read moremiddle of September I hired Patrick to Detail and Ceramic Coat my 2023 Automobile, I had purchased a couple of months before. It's Black with colored speckles, and I wanted it to stay looking new. He offered to come to my home, or I could come to his and he would detail it there for me. I chose to take it to him. There was a difference in the price he was trying to charge me, he stated that his webmaster was supposed to have changed the price. I advised him that if he wanted my business he needed to honor the price he had on his website. He agreed. He did a fairly good job. Although he washed it twice, and even after I asked him both times to please pay attention to the smear across the upper part of my rear window, where someone had wiped their hand across it when there was some dew on it. He offered to Ceramic Coat the windows for an extra $150, which I declined. I said please just wash it when you wash the car. He said he would, but didn't either time. You couldn't tell the smear was still there until the car window was wet. He said he would call when he was done detailing the car. It took him about 3 hours. When I picked up my car, he said to bring it back in a week for a free post Detailing wash, included in the initial detail package I purchased. The car looked nice when I picked it up. I tipped him nicely. I brought it back for the included follow up car wash, and I pointed out for the second time that the back window was still smeared, and could he please take care of that. He said he would. He called me about an hour later and informed me my car was ready, and I could come and pick it up. I arrived to pick up my car and was surprised that is was still sitting where he had washed it, and had soapy water all the way around it. It was impossible to get to my car without walking through the soapy water, and tracking it into my car; it was too wide. I opened my drivers door to get in inside and noticed the railing was still wet with water running down it. I moved my car so I could get out without stepping in the soapy area around my car. I opened my trunk to get a shammy and noticed it also had water dripping down the outer edges too. A friend who dropped me off noticed the water running down the edges as well, he grabbed a shammy out of my car and started to wipe down the edges around my trunk edges. I wiped down my inner door areas, after we got down to the last door Patrick grabbed a rag and came over to finish the job. Patrick said he would call me in a couple of weeks to set up a monthly car washing plan. I thought I just had my Car Detailed and Ceramic coated why would I need to have it washed monthly? Due to the quality of the complimentary car wash, I declined his offer.
