This isnt showroom finish

Consumers do not waste your time. It is a waste of your money. I was there yesterday and I paid for showroom finish for Interior and Exterior. Windows was not cleaned properly, dust and dirt left on dashboard, arm rest as well as the cupholders. I approached the workers and he is going to tell me thats glue. First of all i knew it wasnt glue cause my 4 year old fingerprints was all over the window. They take care of their own people cars. A black female Soldier by herself they just brush off. I literally wastched them spray a car down and scrub the inside of a car. When my car came out approximately 3 people went to it and barely did anything. They barely wiped down the back windows. You tell me does this look showroom finish to you? I wish they had 0 stars. I asked for the manager and they told me he us on break

I spoke with Mike, one of the managers, he was wonderful. My total bill came to $499, expensive, yes, but considerably better than the $3000 estimate I got from a competitor. I will be taking my car there for servicing from now on.

Avoid at all costs!…read more I've never been more disappointed with the service I received. I left feeling taken advantage of and, frankly, disrespected. I brought my car in for an inspection knowing that I needed rear brakes, so I was fully prepared to address that. However, after the mechanic, Mike, attempted to upsell me on additional work totaling upwards of $2,300, I decided I would rather take my car elsewhere for a second opinion. What bothered me most was the way I was treated. Instead of calling me up to the desk and professionally going over the estimate, Mike came over and sat down next to me in the waiting area, in front of other customers, and tried to convince me that I needed all of this additional work done. When I declined, his attitude immediately changed. He huffed and walked away in a manner I found extremely unprofessional. He then suggested that I at least have the brakes done because that was what I needed for the inspection. When I told him I would take care of them later, he loudly responded, "You promise?!" before walking away to bring my car around. While I was on the phone with my husband, Mike came back inside and abruptly told me I was done. I asked for my keys, and he simply told me they were in the car. My husband overheard the exchange and reminded me to get a copy of the estimate. When I went back inside and requested it, Mike reluctantly printed it for me. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional and left a very bad impression. I had been a returning customer, which makes the experience even more disappointing. After the way I was treated, I will not be returning or using their services again.

Should something negative happen with one of the tires or if I discover something that wasn't done properly, I will revise this review.

After paying my bill and getting ready to leave, I noticed the news tires were on the back. so I went inside, and they took my car into the garage again to correct it. I am sure Kevin knew because his assistant (I guessed) whispered into Kevin's ear at the front desk just before they took my car out. When my car was taken out the second time, they only corrected the driver's side and the passenger's side still had old tire on the front and the new tire on the back. I was upset and disbelieved, so I went inside again. I asked Kevin if the worker was doing drug.... The first error might be by miscommunication between Kevin and the worker, but the second time, it was done intentionally by the worker. Moreover, my invoice showed my car had 166,519 miles when they took my car in. After doing some food shopping, my car now reads 166,500 miles. Is there any quality at Newburgh Mavis now?

Do you know that feeling when you are on the highway, far from home, and all of a sudden your car…read morestarts making a horrible shrieking sound? I hope you don't. It's a terrible feeling. But should you ever find yourself in such a spot, the answer is simple. Slow your roll. Exit the highway as soon as possible. Find a mechanic to patch you up and get you back on the road. Oh yeah, and pray to god it's not Saturday, since most reputable mechanics take their weekends off. Well, on a recent Saturday such a fate befell me and my poor Mazda5. The car is old, but in good repair. It's serviced regularly, and just recently got a clean bill of health. So that brain twisting screeching sound was really quite a mystery. Did I mention I know nothing about cars? Still, I pulled into a nearby Denny's to look under the hood to see if anything was clearly broken. I looked under the wheel well to see if some piece of metal snapped. And I saw nothing. So I hopped on the Yelp app and found that the Meineke next door was not just open, but also well reviewed. The team there saved my life. Not literally of course. As it turned out, my life was never in danger. But they were able to get my car on the lift, and take it out on road, all within about an hour of my showing up. They determined that it was nothing. Maybe it had been something. Whatever small piece of road debris had gotten into the wheel well, had apparently worked itself out. They could have told me something was wrong with the bushings. I could have been taken for hundreds of dollars at that moment. But instead, they sent me back on the road with a smile, and refused to take any money for their time. Sure, they didn't actually fix anything. But their trained eye gave me peace of mind. And that's worth a lot. Thank you random Meineke. You guys rock.

I ask if they found the hole in the tire and they tell me it's the TPM sensor and it's gonna be expensive to replace. I've been filling the tire up with air every 2 days for weeks. Either they didn't even look at my car or they don't know what their doing. If you don't got time at the end of the day to look at my car that's fine, but don't lie to my face. *Update* Went to another mechanic and they said I had a bad tire valve stem and replaced immediately.
