This time, I specifically ordered an iced tea because I have nothing to drink at home and I don't drink soda. What did they send me? A Sprite--which not only do I NOT drink, but it also contains ingredients I'm allergic to. That could've caused a serious health issue. It's ridiculous that I now have to spend more money to re-order something I should've received correctly the first time. I don't drive, so returning it isn't even an option for me. And this isn't just a one-time thing--this McDonald's consistently forgets sauces with nugget meals (like seriously, who eats nuggets without sauce?), or they'll send drinks with no straw. Do y'all just not care? This is straight up lazy and careless service, and customers are paying for it. If you're short-staffed or can't handle delivery orders properly, then maybe DoorDash shouldn't be an option. I'm tired of wasting my money with places that don't care about quality or customer health. DO BETTER.
