Where I work I don't have a lot of options of places to eat. I go if I need something fast. Location can be difficult to get in and out because the main entrance is a one way street. You can go down a side street to go the other way but the streets are very small. They do have a double drive-thru which I think makes the ordering process faster. I used to go for my morning coffee but stopped and go to Dunkin Donuts now because the machine is always "broken." Yesterday I got a Chicken Sandwich and fries. The bread was at least an inch bigger than the chicken (as you can see in my picture) and the chicken was chewy. Ordered a coke and was given a Strawberry Fanta. Luckily I saw before I pulled away and went inside to change it. Had to wait to get someone's attention since they seemed more concerned to wipe down the ice cream machine than helping customers. A good thing I will say is the fries are always fresh and delicious! read more

Just left there. The guys at the drive thru didn't greet us at all. I never expect much when at McDonald's but when I opened my burger they literally put no toppings nothing but a pound of mayonnaise we asked for bacon didn't get that no lettuce nothing. Then i went to call and they have no number for me to speak with a manager. Won't be able to call until Monday to reach some one. I would have got back in the drive thru but it took us forever to even get to the window. read more

This location has the slowest service and I'm always missing an item, but overall had an okay experience.

Look at my other posts to know that I promote awesome service and awesome people because people rock everywhere you go. But for once I need to write this review or I'll dwell on it trying think could I have saved a poor soul that travels 100% of the year for work Experience- Literally the worst 15 min of my life. My life sucks with what I do for work and overseas work but I came to get one burger. One burger nothing else. No issues with the person in front of me who took 14 minutes to order everything (couldn't back out to park and walk in due to curb and people behind me) but when I finally got to the mic it took however long it took for the order personnel to get to take the order. So I order QTY-1 mushroom Swiss burger very enthusiastically and say no ma'am that's it about 4 times. I said ma'am every time they spoke to me very nice. Now the long order that was in front of me was laughing and joking with the window clerk and that's cool people are in a good mood that makes for a better Friday that everyone's happy. Don't sweat the petty things. But then when I get to the window and I'm not racist nor do I condone it plus I'm not saying anyone here was but the attitude instantly changed when she made eye contact with me. She looked at me like I needed to say something when I had my 6 dollars in hand because I think she said 5.83$ or whatever for a total. Then she said after 7 seconds, you order a mushroom Swiss? I said yes ma'am I did thinking she was going to check the order and tell me the amount so I can make sure she's ready to rock and take care of the other behind me. Super easy one burger again. But then she just looked down at my money and I said what was the total again ma'am?? She started talking to the other person behind her so I handed her the money as her had was there ready to make the exchange then her window closed with the money no further words. So at this point I'm starting to get mad because I'm like did I do something to piss people off? It's simple I keep saying ma'am and not causing any issues but it's like I'm the problem and I don't get it. So I move forward to the next window because she can use what's left and donate it to the current charity being advertised. I don't need to speak to her again or cause any unknown more issues. So I get to the next window and the next lady looks at me and then turns around comes right back and I'm like sweet everyone's tracking and everyone's got their flow and doing good things. She opens the window and says here. So I belligerently said ROGER THANK YOU and drive off. The burger was sideways and messy as all get out. To be super honest the burger was fantastic and greasy and I was happy. But the 15 minutes before hand literally made me want to freak out. Maybe it's just me, maybe it just was a bad bad coincidence but over all from what happened the service was not what anyone of any race/economic class/gender/happy or sad mood would like to experience. Just a simple hello hi may I please have this one item it's simple I have the cash thank you so much have a great day. But the way that went made me think of how afghanis and isis would shoot at us and then come back an hour later and try to lie about who the local IDF shooters were. Like seriously man. Not stopping me from eating McDonald's, not stoping me from being the person I am, but I will absolutely avoid this McDonald's as if my life depends on it and hope I forget about it and not let it dwell Bottom line- Great single mushroom burger. they say they are taking every precaution for covid-19, but the employees aren't using the face masks correctly. how are supposed to be safe when they are wearing their masks incorrectly & they prepare our food ? we're doing our best to stay safe, but they aren't. which makes us be at a higher risk to catching covid-19 . read more

Drive through Service was friendly and fast. I ordered an extra water at the wrong window and the person was accommodating, and greeted me with "have a delightful day." Fries were fresh and they were McDonald's fries, so all in all a great experience. read more

Drive-Thru is usually fast, Sunday lunch is sometimes slow (1 out of 5 times). Order is usually right (9 out of 10) and we are told by the order taker whenever something is out of stock (Cuties for Happy Meals or Coffee so we can choose something else). Nuggets are good, as are Quarter Pounders, Coke and Diet Coke always taste right as do the frozen drinks. read more

I came around 9 to 9:20 and I can honestly say that I received the worst customer service that I have ever received anywhere... ever. I ordered my meal on those fancy touch screens and chose the option to bring the paper order to the counter instead of paying right there. The reason I chose this was so I could apply the coupon my bf had for a free mocha frappé. My bf also had a free coupon for his drink as well. He tried to apply the coupon, but the scanner didn't and the woman who looked like the manager said to him "well you should've told me you had a coupon before you went to the machine" and ok whatever that's fine. A little less attitude would've been cool but again, whatever. It's not like there's a sign that says "you can't apply coupons using the order machine". Then since we didn't know this she gives a bigger attitude with me and says "ok now you're holding up the line". Then she says the coupon won't work twice even though they are TWO DIFFERENT COUPONS. Then she charges me for a whole different drink that I never said I had ordered with my meal. My bf brings this to her attention and she says "well she didn't tell me that she wanted a mocha, now she owes us 2 extra dollars". I politely told her it was on the ticket (that she apparently ignored). Then while I am trying to get a refund for the large coke that I didn't order so I can pay for my mocha frappé apparently another employee is calling my number for my meal that is done. So after three times of her calling me while I'm sitting here struggling to get my order changed correctly, this girl puts my food in the back without me noticing. So now I'm sitting there like a fool for like 10 minutes and my bf asks them where my order is politely. THESE PPL HAVE THE AUDACITY TO GIVE US!!! US THE ATTITUDE AND GO BEHIND THE COUNTER AND TALK CRAP ABOUT US BC WE ASKED POLITELY FOR OUR FOOD THAT HAS APPARENTLY NOW BEEN SITTING BEHING THE COUNTER FOR LIKE 10 MINUTES NOW. And one particular girl behind the counter acted like she wanted to start something with me, but what she didn't know was that while she was calling my order I was sitting with her coworker struggling with their dysfunctional butts to get my food right. OH AND I NEVER GOT MY FULL REFUND FOR THE COKE SO I WAS CHARGED FOR TWO DRINKS. To some it up: DYSFUNCTION, UNNECESSARY ATTITUDE, AND MISPLACED BLAME. Thanks! I'm never going here again. read more

Not impressed at all with service I've received. I ordered an 10 piece chicken nugget meal with BBQ sauce & a coke. I get home think I had a good meal to and come to find out I didn't. First thing was that there was no BBQ sauce in the bag. The second thing was that the fries were room temperature. And the worst thing was that not only one chicken nugget over cooked but all of the nuggets were over cooked. The only decent thing about my purchase was the coke. Never eating there again, that place has horrible management. read more
