The employee with thin-rimmed glasses who took our order and cashed us out was very pleasant, friendly and patient (and bilingual y amable). She made our visit enjoyable. I was so happy to be at PE (there isn't one in our town) that I fumbled through my order. The friendly employee didn't seem to mind. The dining area was clean. Bathrooms were clean. (You need a code to use them.) If I'm ever in the area, I'll definitely try my best to stop at this PE again. (We even bought a souvenir.)

I'm not expecting it to be steaming hot after driving home, but we're talking barely above room temperature cold. The thighs are unnaturally flat on one side from sitting in a pan so long. AND on top of all that, they just straight up didn't include the biscuits. The part that's actually so bad I'm borderline impressed is that the mashed potato, cole slaw and gravy containers I did get are so empty that they barely cover the bottom of the bowls. Just all around horrible food, terrible service. I'm not expecting it to be spotless given the location but it's just gross. Hard pass for me in the future...
