I'm not sure why they are even still in business. First of all.. the drive thru for fast food should never exceed 15 minutes especially if there is no one waiting. It's sad and discouraging how long we waited for food. If restaurants can not be fully staffed to function effectively, then close the store. First thing the menu prices are inaccurate on the board. But was charged the menu board price with added up charges on my receipt. Requested yo speak with the manager. She was very rude. It's the way you say things. we requested special additions to our burgers which did not happen. We had to return our food to be prepared over. It's notoriously slow drive thru probably from being understaffed but today takes the cake. For some reason, I was asked to come inside to place my order but I placed it online. Pull up to window 2 the glass looked like mayo was smeared all over it, they did not have straws: yes straws - it was 5pm. The entree was bland dry and the sandwich tasted metallic with a piece of sad wilted lettuce and a sliver of tomato. I asked for Caesar they gave me ranch. This is by far the worst Wendy's location I have ever been to. Not only do they constantly never open on time, "no staff" because their work environment lacks professional and accountability so the employees show up when they want. As someone who has managed multiple Wendy's locations, this is pretty pathetic. I've managed by myself and with barely any staff and have never given out service as bad as this location. Only accepting cash at random times, which is just an excuses to turn customers away because the IT team will get the card reader up asap if they cared enough to get it fixed, if it's even a real issue. This is just an example of terrible management and standards and this location will surely close unless they change, and quickly. Plus the food isn't even that good for the wait. I waited in the drive thru about 30 min easily and couldn't back out because someone was behind me. I placed the order and drive to the first window there was a sign my food was at the second window. I get To the window there are three people standing and talking just talking and shooting the breeze. When I received my order I asked for a receipt. I was told there was no receipt paper. When placing a mobile order with this location expect to get the wrong food. If you order a baked potato you will get fries instead 2 times out of 3. Don't order an oatmeal bar, you won't get that at all. Half the time you will get the wrong sandwich or drink. Used the drive thru service after a Sunday morning worship, around 1:00 pm. First, there is a sign alerting customers that the speaker/intercom system is broken. You must drive to the second window to place and receive your order. The service is excruciatingly slow. I clocked my wait time at 8 minutes and 52 seconds in the drive-thru before actually ordering. I've been to this Wendy's on three separate occasions, and can sincerely say this is one of worst. Order was wrong or had missing items every time, and the wait is ridiculous. On my second visit, about a week ago, I waited close to 45 minutes in the drive thru; there were only 2 cars ahead of me. During this visit, one of the cooks came to the drive thru window, berating me because I gave the food back after she made it incorrectly. I told her she was in the wrong and repeated that I didn't want cheese, onions, or pickles on the burger. She cut me off, said something under her breath, rolled her eyes, and walked off. When I got my corrected order my bun was completely torn in half, the burger still had cheese and onions on it, and it looked like it was smashed. I also was missing nuggets, and only half of my fry box was filled up with cold, soggy fries. I ended up throwing my food away and going to KFC. Every time I've been here the employees are preoccupied with talking to each other and joking around, too busy to be bothered with customers. There is literally no sense of urgency or respect for the customer. All of this really falls on the manager, whoever he or she is. Obviously they are not doing their job.
