I would leave ZERO stars if I had the option because, frankly, this is the worst KFC experience I have ever had. I ordered a 12 piece family meal, two twisters, and a famous bowl and paid for everything online. When I got there, the girl handed me a single bag. When I asked if everything was there, the girl said yes but it clearly wasn't. I asked where the twisters were, she said we don't make them anymore. I asked if they could be refunded or replaced and she basically said deal with it through the app, but the app isn't going to show that she acknowledged it was only a partial order. I'm not normally one to ask for a manager, but the manager agreed to replace them with sandwiches. Ok, that's acceptable for me... I'm not mad. I pulled into a parking space and eventually she brought me two sandwiches instead of the twisters. Cool, that took 30 minutes instead of just grabbing an online order through the drive through so I go home. When I got home two miles away, the bowls used for the sides weren't even half full and the chicken was so old, it's flat on one side. This very obviously sat for a VERY long time. I'm not expecting it to be steaming hot after driving home, but we're talking barely above room temperature cold. The thighs are unnaturally flat on one side from sitting in a pan so long. AND on top of all that, they just straight up didn't include the biscuits. The part that's actually so bad I'm borderline impressed is that the mashed potato, cole slaw and gravy containers I did get are so empty that they barely cover the bottom of the bowls. This is the first time going to this location for a mobile order. Normally, BF takes us through the drive thru. But I used the app and placed a mobile order. I ordered the smash'd potato bowl. It's their secret recipe fries with a good portion of mashed potatoes topped with cheese sauce. It does come with bacon crumbles but I don't eat pork that often so I removed it. My order was ready by the time I arrived for a 2:30pm pick up. The store looked clean when I scanned the area looking for the mobile pick up sign. The bowl itself was tasty but I'd suggest they add gravy to it to balance out the heaviness from the potatoes and fries. The potatoes were creamy and the fries were kind of crispy despite being coated in cheese sauce and mashed potatoes. For $3.49 you get a decent amount of food. I gave it 4 stars cause the app didn't tell me it was BOGO smash'd potato bowl. I could of gotten another bowl for free haha read more

I ordered a 4pc chicken tender meal and a 3pc tender meal the tenders came out small looking like small nuggets I took my 4 pc back because they forgot my other tender the girl got smart and tried to say it was in there until she looked in the box she bring the tender out frm the back and just dropped it in my box . I've tried the chicken and waffles. It is hella good. Service is as expected for a fast food drive through. Quick and distracted service with no greeting or smile or have a good days. Just your standard handing over of the goods and swiping your card for good measure. The food made up for it. I haven't had chicken in a while so the taste is heightened for me. I selected the 3 tenders with waffles. The single waffle is very small. The tenders were large. It is a cinnamon waffle and comes with branded syrup. It was so good that I am pissed there was only one waffle. The tenders were crispy and flavorful and not too much meat or breaded. Just perfect. I'm tempted to get another just so that I can get another waffle. All I can say is kfc what took so long to jump on the waffle craze. More please read more

I stopped coming to this KFC and I was reminded why. This is the closest location to where I live and each time I take a chance on coming here it is always a bad experience. The last time, my order was wrong, they lied right to my face ,I guess I should've opened the box. Last time the chicken was undercooked, the time before that I left my card there and right before I returned someone had already ran up charges. The manger claimed he didn't see anything on the video. This is the worst perform staff ever, and the lines are always a mile long. I have no idea how this place remains open or why the franchise has not gotten involved. They don't even bother to respond to your reviews either. *You have the worst reviews across several media sites,just close the branch. read more

Service is so slow here. The sad part about it all is that they had more than enough people inside yet the staff got so behind on orders they completely abandoned the carryout to take orders and assist with making orders. The cashier had to collect all the customer receipts and call them out after making them. At least the food was semi hot and not warm or cold, but still service is my biggest issues when it comes to fast food restaurants. The new model is very inviting the service matches the aura it's a wonderful experience the menu is fulll and diverse. Although I hadn't scoped any salads I guess I didn't go there to indulge in a bucket of lettuce anyway so it all worked out. Tonight my daughter and i decided on chicken for a quick dinner. We went inside to find no lie and several people eating amongst the different tables. I walked up and was greeted by Dominique(the cashier). I ordered all dark pieces of the chicken and was told it would a wait if about 10 min, i told the cashier that was fine; but if there were some already made i would take it along with white meat to reduce the wait time. Dominique said she would let them know and i proceeded to wait. I watched as several employees laughed and spoke very loudly while customers waited on their food items. The kitchen area from compete customer sight was horrid;( trash on the floor, spills everywhere, employees eating and drinking by drive thru). I started to become a bit annoyed as i could see no work was being done, and food was being put out. But the last straw for me was seeing one employee come from the back kitchens area , walk into the lobby area and take the trash out of the can. Then, proceed to carry the bag back through the kitchen area BUT NOT BEFORE TOUCHING THE HEATING TRAY with the same bare germ infested hand he used to take the trash out with. I was disgusted!!! I further watched as he walked around the kitchen and back through the lobby multiple times never washing his hands once. At that point i asked for a refund and Dominique got the manager ( tall older male) and he asked for my receipt ONLY ! smh. He never asked what the issue was or if there was any way to keep my business or to help is. So i asked him(the manager)," are you the least bit curious as to why i am asking for a refund,and you're losing a customer ?" His response was , " well I'm guessing it's because you've been waiting 13 minutes for your food ". I explained to him the entire experience and he never spoke another word.
