The past three Pick up orders have been incomplete, customization requests were virtually ignored, and substitutions were made without notice. The shelves that used to hold the different breads are no longer on display, any order has to be fetched from the back, giving the counter area a feeling of emptiness and disarray, and, sadly, very unappealing. The staff used to have two or three OUTSTANDING counter personnel. Helpful, thoughtful, friendly; I have praised their performance many times to the managers on duty. Alas, I haven't seen any of those staff members in quite some time. Those who work there now give off a disinterested, lackadaisical attitude. One worker didn't offer to place my bread order in a shopping bag, saying, 'You don't want a bag, do you?' And when I said I did, they rolled their eyes as they had to go into the back to retrieve it. The Baguettes used to be OUTSTANDING. Worth the drive to procure.
