Theyre.very hard to find nowadays. The Shrimp toast was very good as well and.no too greasy. Egg foo young was a bit bland, but I rather that than loaded with MSG. I didn't use the gravy because that was quite salty(and I love salt)for me. Pork fried rice was good and fresh tasting. My son said the lo mean and boneless ribs were really good too. I still have egg drop soup, and egg roll that I haven't tried yet. Although its a little out of my way, I will definitely be back. Oh, and the prices were.really good. Better than any other Chinese restaurant around. The staff was extremely friendly AND they included napkins!!!

We rarely get Chinese take out from anywhere else on Long Island. As far as the decor - it's a counter to order with a few chairs to wait. That's more than enough. The giant vegetable dumplings were all dough with a little chopped cabbage (again with the cabbage), the dipping sauce was good. Vegetable lo mein, bland plastic noodles dammit. The best thing was the Generals Tofu (steamed), I liked the texture of the tofu and loved the sauce. I'm so confused about the amount of good reviews, maybe I'm missing something but this Jewish Chinese food expert is saying no to Hing Hing. Maybe try it for yourselves and see what you think.
