When I called to get the details on this I asked Rachael why they were doing this to me, becasue I paid the contractor who put the roof on my house. Her answer was a flippant because its legal in Georgia. She was rude and condescending and told me to take it up with my contractor. Which I will do. Since I have a…read moresmall truck that only holds 1/2 ton at a time comfortably they let me take 1/2 ton and come back for the other 1/2 ton (same day) and charge me the less expensive 1 ton rate instead of 1/2 ton rate x 2. Most recently I wanted the 3/8 inch which they told me comes in a minimum of 10 tons delivered. I felt like it was a reasonable price for an enormous amount of rock, especially delivered. I was happy with the delivery and quality of material.

They helped us match up the front rock and had a ton of options for the backyard. Called in the order once we knew how much we needed and they were quick to deliver 44 tons of rock (three different types). We also rented the small bobcat skid steer machine they advertise which was a lifesaver allowing us to love all the rock in 2 days with minimal shoveling. The delivery drivers were friendly, rocks had no debris in them, and were consistently sized. Would certainly again for future landscape needs. Thanks!

Ryan, Tony and Josh arrived as scheduled and were ready to start on this project. Tony and Josh were the technicians who handled the de-installation of the old unit and the installation of the new air conditioner unit. They worked diligently all day and got the new unit up and running by the end of the day and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Ryan came by periodically to be sure everything was going smoothly. I used Aire 1 LLC for a couple years, despite some minor frustrations I had with them throughout my…read moretime using them. I'm a heavy advocate for supporting small businesses, and will always go to a family owned biz before a chain or larger conglomerate, and signed up for their "club" after their first visit to assist me, paying a monthly fee for white glove service. That being said, I cancelled my "club membership" last year, and will absolutely never call them back for assistance moving forward. Office/Scheduling - I repeatedly had trouble scheduling maintenance with them. If someone didn't answer when I called in, and I had to leave a voicemail, I would never get a call back. I had to be strategic to try and call when I knew someone would answer in real time. There were also at least two times to note where we would schedule a service window, and the technicians would not arrive within that window. One of the times I had to call back in to ask where they were, and they called the techs to go straight to my place next to assist me. The second time the tech called me right at the end of the window to let me know "they were on the way", and I told them not to come because I had other plans I needed to get to after that window and was waiting for them to come earlier. They said they would have the office call me to reschedule, and they never did. I didn't bother calling back to reschedule either, as it was just a check up visit that was offered with the club membership. Services - Every time the technicians came by, they were always very kind and friendly. I have no grievances with the staff as individuals. I first hired them to fix a leak in my A/C vent because the water was not draining through my wall to my bathroom correctly. They installed a motorized pump to force the water over the wall because the original installers laid the inner wall piping over a support beam in the wall, and the water essentially needed to "drain uphill", which was the cause of it coming back out my vent. Shortly after that, my A/C crapped out on me entirely, and I ended up hiring Aire 1 to replace the entire unit, inside my condo and on the roof. The very same day they replaced it, I needed to call them back in a couple hours due to an error that popped up on my (new) thermostat that the unit had shut off. The motorized pump they installed has a failsafe that will automatically shut off the A/C if it's imbalanced in any way as a safety precaution, and the pump was not staying as flat as it needed to be. They re-leveled it, and assured me it would not be an issue again. I ended up having to call them back out a few more times about this issue due to waking up too many times drenched in sweat because my A/C shut off in the night. They finally mentioned they could turn that setting off, so it wouldn't shut the unit off, and that resolved that issue. Final Straw - Last year I started to experience a water leak in my front door frame. This took weeks to diagnose where the water was coming from, if it was plumbing from my unit, from the unit above mine, etc. They finally were able to track the leak down to the drainage tube from my A/C into the wall that they replaced the previous year when installing my new unit. The technician had simply cut the tube 6-10 ft in length, pushing it all the way through the PVC pipe in the wall, thinking that would be sufficient to have the water drain downwards without coming back up. They did not bother to seal the PVC pipe at the end, where the tube was inserted (picture below). They came back, with their brother (since it's a family owned biz), to fix the leak. While they were here, they verbally admitted that they screwed that up and should have sealed that correctly when installing my new unit, and that it was "their bad". Mind you, I needed to submit a home insurance claim to fix this leak in my door frame, and this involved a drying and restoration company, and Aire 1. While everything was covered, I was still responsible for paying a deductible, which I assumed could be reimbursed by the party at fault. Fast forward to now, several months later, and Aire 1 is completely denying fault, and since I have no written admittance because the technician was careful to only admit fault verbally to me in person, I have no grounds to fight their claim. Now this may seem as "retaliation" for this factor, which is a fair and partial aspect of this review, but I assure you everything I've laid out is simply clear and factual to my experience with their services, and I only leave this as a warning for what you could potentially experience working with them. I try to avoid leaving negative reviews, but the way they've been handling things so poorly after I tried giving them chance after chance (amidst all the minor scheduling frustrations as well), I cannot sit idly without sharing my overall experience with them.

This summer I had AIRE1 Heating and Cooling replace one of my A/C units…read more (see previous review) and that a great decision. Not only did they install the proper size unit, the install was very professional. While inspecting the equipment in the attic, Joe Garcia (The owner) took a lot of pictures of improperly sized and routed ductwork of both systems and gave me a very fair quote to fix everything. Initially, I just had them fix the ductwork on the unit they replaced. Yesterday I had them come back and fix the mess that the builders initial installer made of the the ductwork on the unit that hasn't been replaced yet. It is absolutely a night and day difference in amount of airflow to the two bedrooms that have ALWAYS been hot since the house was new. When the time comes to replace my second A/C unit, I will make one phone call to AIRE1. LETS REVIEW: Very professional complete inspection On time On budget No unexpected hidden costs
