I met with Charlie at the house and spent about two hours planning the restoration. He was professional and informative about the condition of the floors. Charlie explained what I was to expect to significantly enhance the floors appearance and extend the life of the floors. The restoration took three days. At the end of the project we had a brand new looking floor that we know was 80 years old. It's amazing. Mom saw the floors and she cried because it was so beautiful. I recommend this company if you need to resurface/restoration your hardwood floors. The price is reasonable and competitive. No one else in Bakersfield could beat the estimate. Charlie took time to listen to our Widowed elderly neighbor who was desperately looking for an honest contractor. She was on the third contractor all had given her an estimate 3-4 thousand dollars over price for the job that should have been one thousand dollars. Charlie took on the job for her and made sure she was comfortable with the workers on her property. We highly recommend this company from Woodland Hills you will not be disappointed.

They were patient with me and how long I take to make decisions ( a long time!) Our pool needed replastering, new tile, and old electric pool cover equipment removed and filled in. Each crew was always on time, worked quickly and cleaned up well afterwards. It was very stressful for me because of how I tend to worry. But Gal was the perfect person to work with me. He is extremely patient, has a calm, kind demeanor and is very accommodating. I appreciate how patient he was especially in the tile choosing stage. Once, I finally made up my mind, the work went quickly and next thing I knew I had a beautifully transformed pool. Gal also recommended a pool safety fence company and pool maintenance person and I have been happy with those recommendations as well. Thank you very much Gal and We Pro!

We got quotes from 3-4 different companies, but we felt the most comfortable with My Outdoor Builder, Adir. From the start, Adir took the time to present several ideas and possibilities for our small project. His creativity helped us see a much bigger vision for our backyard than we had originally imagined. While expanding the project naturally came with a larger budget, Adir worked with us to keep everything within a reasonable price. The team completed the project in just three days, and the final result exceeded our expectations. The quality of the workmanship is absolutely breathtaking, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. We had such a great experience that we're already planning to work with Adir again on our next backyard project. I highly recommend My Outdoor Builder to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and great customer service without breaking your pocket.

Afik and his crew went above and beyond our expectations…read more My husband saw a Premier Hi-End Builders sign while work was being done on a house in our neighborhood. For the past few years he had been telling me how much our house needed a new paint job and some wood and other exterior repair. When my husband returned to the house to get the company info, the sign was gone and work completed. But liking what he saw, he decided to knock on the door. The kind owner gave him the contact information and told him that he had done extensive research to find Premier Hi-End Builders. My husband called and the next day, owner Afik came and gave us a quote that we thought was honest and reasonable. We appreciated his detailed explanation of the work to be done. Our quote included termite eradication which would be the first step, exterior paint, and replacement of our 40 year old wrought iron gates. We later added our kitchen fluorescent lighting to be changed to LED lights. As the prep work began, we noticed how meticulous and clean the workers were. Even our next door neighbor noticed and commented on how detailed they were. The peeling damaged stucco base all around the house was replaced, multiple stucco cracks were repaired, termite damaged wood was replaced or sealed, and other damaged or rotting wood was replaced. Prep work was indeed very detailed and anything that needed fixing was fixed. I especially appreciated the power wash to our tile roof. Midway through the project we were feeling very happy and knew that our money was going to be well spent. All the work is now complete and my husband and I are extremely happy with the outcome. The kitchen lights and the gates which are made of iron and aluminum are looking great. Some passing neighbors have told us how nice the house looks and what a great job was done. One of the workers had told us that Afik is the best. He said he often calls in to ask how things are going and wants to assure that there is no damage to any part of the property. On days that Afik came to the house he was always concerned that we were happy with the work. It was evident that customer satisfaction is his ultimate goal. All the attention to detail and all the hard work especially under the hot summer sun is very much appreciated. We have Afik's number on our phones and know it will be him we reach out to for future projects.
