Haters gon' hate. But Newstation is great for what it is. A greasy, divey, hometown pizza shop. The food is priced right for the quality, the pizza is real greasy, the subs, sandwiches, and salads are all decent, and the people there are always characters, whether they're sweet and charming or odd and off-putting. I love it for what it is. The gyros, breadsticks, and clubs are some personal favorites of mine. Go get you some. read more

If you're out for a lunch counter slice then do yourself a favor: Pick another place. Looks fine from the front, cute town. Pizza is weird, I felt like it was from Alaska or another country. The dough has an off taste like maybe they refrigerate the dough. The place has an off vibe too with lottery skill game machines all over. There is outside seating, but its shoved next to stuff and is really uncomfortable. (Tip: there's a bench across the street). It looks like they renovated but feels like a cheap cell phone store or something except its filled with kids messing around in the front. The absolutely terrible eat-in experience makes me wonder if the owner ever went to a restaurant before. The menu is big and thats a bad sign at a place like this. They're selling quesadillas, seafood, pizza, taco wraps, even burritos out of this pizza shop. Take a look at this one "The Souder" Chicken cutlet Topped with Spinach Vodka sauce & Provolone cheese Sounds fine from a good restaurant but what the heck is that supposed to be? Hows this "souder"? Absolute awful food! Not even a hit or MISS. If we could have given NO STARS we would have. Save yourself the trouble.. After trying a few times, we have decided to NEVER order from New Station Pizza (Souderton) again. Freezer burn tasting entrees, sloppy pizza with missing ingredients, watery milkshakes, appalling customer service etc. All the reason now we will avoid this place like the plague. I have been here a few times , I loved the pizza initially but the romance faded with each visit.Souderton is a restaurant desert , no bars and no good restaurants so there isn't a lot of competition. The Stromboli was decent, Greek pizza in the food desert of Souderton. Thank goodness for the new Northbound and Main Street pizza additions to the desert , there's a few oasis's now. Be aware this pizza shop raised their prices and they're not informing the customers that call in for pick up, that their menu changed by raising their prices. We ordered tonight, when we picked up the pizza, what was a $22 pizza is now $28. Ok we get it, but tell your customers that prices changed. The menu in the shop, were not updated and are charging more without notice. We won't be patronizing this establishment anymore. We have used them for 30 years. Ordered from this place nearly every single day since about March when I moved to the area. Called today for two salads and was now being charged much more than usual. By the way, she wanted to charge for the eggs in the salad. LOL. - Never been asked for this before and she confirmed one is not charged for the eggs in the salad when she asked a co-worker. You don't know your own menu. When I asked about the pricing ONLY then I was told about the supposed new menus. My number shows up and they know exactly who is the customer calling to order. I asked when this had happened as I had ordered from there as recently as last night...this so called manager proceed to speak to me with an attitude while explaining things. I am not a mind-reader and as a VERY consistent and loyal customer I have the right to question charges and pricing of MY order since the pricing seemed to have jumped significantly and without notice or knowledge. Naturally, this would and should prompt for clarity and questions. People just don't throw money away...I hope. So called manager went on to say 'have a nice day' in the same tone as saying 'f-you' to someone. Y'all know what I mean by this. The mistake you just made is that you have lost a tremendous amount of business from not only us but by everyone single person we recommend to you and will no longer continue to do so. Not to mention, outreach and word of mouth are the greatest tools you have at your disposal in your efforts to garner more business. This is also lost. The influence I have in this region will be used accordingly. Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous customer service. I rarely do this type of negative post, but this woman who described herself as the manager ought to know better. Don't get in the customer business if you cant handle simple questions from a customer. All questions were asked with the upmost respect and with a simple desire to get information. What was once one of my favorite local restaurants has taken a downward turn since the new owner took over. The wings used to be out of this world and now have no flavor. The pizza is all crust. The service during my last order from New Station was completely unacceptable. I called to place an order for pickup - one large pizza with extra cheese and one large with pepperoni. The guy taking the order rudely and condescendingly corrected me on the proper way to order a pizza by phone. Apparently, you must start with the total quantity followed by the descriptions. Despite the clear lack of disrespect, I held my tongue and simply said "ok". Who knew I had been ordering pizza wrong for the last 20 years? When picking up my order, I placed the money on the counter while organizing my wallet, only to be told by the same guy "It doesn't do me any good sitting there." That was the final straw and I let him have it. He never said another word. I've truly never been treated so poorly anywhere, and for it to be entirely unprovoked was even more perplexing. Yeah, maybe the guy had a bad day, but he made the decision to keep poking the bear. To be perfectly honest, I think the pizza quality has even fallen off, too. The crust is still good, but the ingredient quality and quantity is not what I recall from all the previous years of enjoying their style. I ordered a Large Buffalo Chicken pizza and when it was delivered it was made with red sauce. I've never had a Buffalo chicken pizza made with red sauce on it it's always been a white pizza. When I opened the box it was a cheese pizza with chicken chunks on top. I called back and the women who originally took my order said that is how they make it. The menu or the website does not state it's made with red sauce. I asked for them to please make another one the way it normally should be made and she said she can make it but will have to charge me... I was completely shocked that she would not make things right for the customer. Instead I would have to pay for a whole new pizza because she never told me when I originally ordered and the menu doesn't not clarify. I will NEVER order from here again. The customer service is a joke and I would recommend Broad Street Pizza in Souderton any day of the week. read more

This place has really gone down hill. I remember when this place was great years ago before different owners took over. Stromboli's were stuffed and they put a little oil in the pizza pan before they cooked them giving a a nice little crispness to the dough. Best Stromboli's I had ever had. Everyone throws in a clunker once in awhile, but the last two Stromboli's are ordered from them needed to be cooked longer. I could still see the shape of the uncooked shredded mozzarella because it was not melted thoroughly. That really turns me off. I am afraid to ask for one well done, because than I will probably get a burnt one. read more

Once a year I get a craving for New station. I dont call it a craving for New Station pizza because what new station does has all the ingredients of pizza but its just not pizza. Its this weird half fried tasting round dough disc that they top with loads of stuff and a sweet tomato sauce. The "stuff" is your ussual topping selection for pizza but with a whole lot more MSG and a whole lot less freshness. I thought Sausage turds(indefinable tiny gray bits of "sausage") had gone away in the 90's but they live on at New Station. Really disappointed. The cheese on the pizza was clumpy and tasted cheap. The worst was the fries. They have those horrible "crispy" fries but worse -they were super soaked in grease and actually floppy. I had to bake in the oven for 15 min before they were edible. I am a pizza connoisseur; it's my absolute favorite food. When I first started dating, the girl was like, "How come we only get pizza?" It simply never occurred to me that anyone would ever want to go out to eat anything other than pizza. I have eaten pizza from hundreds of different places in multiple states and countries. We have been ordering from New Station Pizza for a long time and we love the pizza but the people who are answering the phones and taking orders do not know what they are doing. Every time we pay with a card they get the card number wrong. The last time we ordered they didn't get the card number right and told us it was declined. I gave them a different card number from the same bank account and they said was declined. I called the bank and they said there was nothing wrong with our account and when I called New Station Pizza bank I got such an attitude from the owner. When I gave her the card number again I told her the security code and it worked. She never asked for the security code from the new card numberShe was entering the security code from the other card and she was arguing with us saying we were wrong and gave her the wrong numbers.
