I ordered catering for a birthday party from this business twice. The first time I ordered penne a la vodka and it was great in a rich, creamy, pink sauce. I ordered the same again over the weekend and it came in a dry, red sauce which also tasted different. I called the business to inform them of this because the pasta appeared and tasted completely different. I sent them a picture as well. I have ordered from Hatfield Pizza several times for delivery at work. I've never frequented the restaurant, but every menu item we have ordered for delivery has been awesome as well as hot (if applicable). Delivery is always on time, if not early. The amount of menu items available is incredible and each category has the standards but also other delicious creations such as the lemon zest salad with close to a whole avocado in it! Their portions are plentiful and the ingredients are always fresh. Another fantastic meal from Hatfield!! Our favorite is their "BOARDWALK" Pizza- Sauce on top, with a THICK layer of cheese underneath. So HOT & FRESH, my mouth is watering thinking about it! We tried the French Fries for the first time yesterday, and they were STELLAR! Unlike the oily, soggy, slivers at some local spots, these were THICK and CRISPY (Even after the takeout ride home!) with brown edges and perfect flavor. The Hot Wings are among the best available. Always cooked flawlessly, and never the rubbery texture that requires time on the gas grill to crisp up enough to eat. The Staff is SUPER friendly, and always efficient. We've never had any issues with timing, or missing items on take-out, unlike Mc D's where you are always short SOMETHING. There was a high chair for the baby and the dining area was (relatively) quiet. The wait staff was pleasant and accommodating of the kids. The food came quickly and was SUPER!!!! I ordered 2 personal pizzas through Grubhub at 7:15pm. I was quoted 7:50-8:00 delivery. By 8:15, there was no food at our door, nor did anyone text, ring the doorbell, or call me. I called and was told oh sorry, we're sending your food out now and it's on its way. I tried to give grace knowing other orders were included in that trip, so I waited until 9:45 to call back. By that time my husband had to go to bed without food, since we ordered food so he could get to bed early for work. I was told the food was delivered and it must have been stolen. I wasn't allowed to see pictures they claimed they had showing the food was delivered. I had been checking the front door no less frequently than every 20 minutes by this point and was upset to hear there was no way it could have been fault on their end. They agreed to send replacement. I again tried to be generous and was about to call the restaurant and cancel the whole thing when at 10:55 I receive 2 boxes of food from someone who had to ask where my home was and walked towards the wrong side of the building initially (making me more concerned that they delivered to wrong address initially). I opened the boxes shortly after coming inside and saw my husband's chicken parmigiana pizza and instead of my buffalo chicken pizza, received a calzone?? The restaurant did not answer my calls at this point. I called the delivery driver who kept insisting they don't work for the restaurant but they would make it right. He handed the phone off to the same woman from before who now did not believe me that we got only half the order correct. I asked if she wanted pictures and she had the gall to agree, then not tell me what number to send them to. Here is the picture below, you be the judge. The entire ordeal was marked with poor service from delivery to managing the phones, with the employee insisting the fault laid with us multiple times. Today my co-workers and I decided to order out for lunch to be delivered to the office. First of all the web site is the most amazing I've ever ordered from (and I've done a lot of ordering this past year). They have a section for comments in each individual order. Second it said delivery was 55 mins which we were fine with. It arrived 30 mins later!! Like what?? That hardly ever happens. Third the small salads were huge!! We were so thrilled with that. Can't imagine what a large looks like!! The chicken was over cooked and dry. The marinara sauce was salty and the fried food had a after taste. We called and let them know and the owner/cook was rude said 10% off next order! And the woman who answered the phone said " they aren't worried about bad reviews since they are the only person ones open! We had delivery from here tonight - Pizza and wings. Delivery was prompt and the driver was friendly. The pizza had a good texture and was tasty, but a bit too greasy for our liking. We also got the garlic Parmesan wings and they weren't good. The sauce didn't taste much like garlic or Parmesan cheese. This is a 'hit or miss' pizza place. At times, the food has been very good, served hot, and delivered fairly quickly. Other times, not so much. On a recent order, I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie. On the menu it states that lettuce, tomato, and onion is served on all hoagies. When I got the sandwich.....no lettuce, no tomato.......but I did get the onions! Tried this off a recommendation from a co-worker and was a bit skeptical because Pizza is usually good anywhere. Though, later discovered that it wasn't just another hyped up Za joint, the pizza was incredible. Where you would typically pay ~$4 for a single specialty slice you can get 2 specialty slices and a drink for $7 (bargain alert!). The slices are extremely generously portioned and tasted really great. Ingredients we're fresh, pizza dough was cooked perfectly, and the crunch was just right. No problems with the staff. They seem friendly and provide solid service. They even came around to clear the dishes off the table, which is very good service in terms of a pizza restaurant. Cannot attest to their delivery service or other menu items which is why I'm giving them four stars. Either way, will certainly be back for more! read more

Most of the food here is good. I have had over fried waffle fries a couple times, but the majority of their food is good. Not overpriced.

They more than exceeded our expectations. We had not been for awhile because it was not as good as before. However last night proved that they have stepped up and have gone back to where they were when we first moved here. We ordered a deep dish Hawaiian and a small salad. I ordered from Hatfield Pizzaria on the 13tb of June. I ordered a small wings ascends fries. I'm disabled and bedridden, so ordered delivery. I got a bank notification Wednesday saying my account was overdrawn. I immediately looked into i! I was charged $25.20!!! Way more than three true cost!!! I called and spoke with a person identifying themself as the manager. I yolks her what the problem was. She pulled up three saleon J her register. The problem was, i was charged for an $8 tip!!! When this place opened a few years ago the pizza was very good. Something changed. Now the pizza is very oily and the crust is inconsistent. Sometimes it has a nice border other times not at all. More often than not the middle is very thin and soggy. It takes practice to make a good crust. The amount of oil they use is ridiculous and I just can't eat it anymore. Bye ... A chicken steak sandwich was ordered with NO cheese and it came with cheese. The onion rings were almost burnt. They were called 2 times to find out where the order was, and then a 3rd time when the order was not correct. They said they would send out a new chicken steak sandwich, but with the time it took to get the delivery, we declined. They said they would refund the cost of the sandwich. Meatball sub tasted like spongy meatballs in Chef Boyardee sauce and the penne with vodka sauce had the same sauce base; nothing like it normally does. Stopped in for quick lunch during a weekend bike ride. Ordered Caprese Salad. Impressed with the quality and size of the salad, and was served in quite a nice, contemporary, sculptural bowl. Spring mix was fresh, not wilted. And generous toppings (roasted red peppers, mozzarella, etc). Inside of restaurant is not known for its decor/atmosphere, but that's OK!
