This small but functional restaurant has a lot of great things going on in the flavor department. The menu has a lot of options but we settled on two appetizers to start. They were the cream cheese Rangoons and the rocket shrimp. They came out hot and delicious. They each had a different dipping sauce that added a nice touch of flavor. I included a picture of the sauce on the table that was SO GOOD! I put it on everything. The rocket shrimp still had their tails on. For dinner I had two orders of the Goi Coun. I opted for shrimp only. These were nice sized and delicious. The peanut dipping sauce was the only real miss of the whole meal. It just tasted like it was missing the peanuts. It was also quite watery. There was a ton of take out going on during our meal. I would recommend this place for sure. read more

The food here is good overall the pho has solid flavor and decent portions. However, be aware that they charge extra for things that are usually included at other pho spots, which was a bit disappointing. It didn't ruin the meal, but it definitely affected the value. I might come back for the food, but the extra charges make it less appealing compared to similar restaurants. The prices have increased since last year. read more

The broth is superb and you can tell it was cooked with many hours to extract the flavors of the bone broth. The large bowl came with the perfect ratio of noodles to meat and broth. Had the opportunity to swing through here, and grab a late lunch today. Now, my son has been talking about this. place for quite sometime, we just don't really make it out that way very often. However, today we went out that way, and decided to stop by. I have to say, I would definitely recommend swinging through, and grabbing dinner or lunch if you have a chance. First thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant is. I'm a huge fan of clean establishments. The staff was right on top of it, although it was very busy, we were greeted, and seated immediately. Food quality was really good, the prices were fair (I think). Overall I really enjoyed the place. Food was great, and the portions were HUGE. The only issue I had ( sort of) was the "meatball pho" was good,but I feel like the meatballs had a weird texture, now, that being said I'm not super familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, it might just be the norm, not sure. Anyway. I would definitely recommend this place, great food, very clean, good staff. So if you find yourself in the area, it's definitely worth a visit. Oh! Pho broth was not clean. It had a lot of fat and dirty fibers. Distinct indication of bad pho. An animal hair (course and straight clearly not human) was found in my sweet and spicy sauce. On top of the food being disappointing the bathroom was disgusting. We will not be back. read more

Happy to see new owners at this Vietnamese restaurant. They have Bahn Mi sandwiches. I think the only ones in Greeley. I tried one and was pleased with the crunchy on the outside, soft in the inside bread. My photo doesn't show the tasty grilled pork strips but there were plenty. I enjoyed the crisp cucumber, cilantro, carrot and jalapeños. My husband ordered the grilled meat combination bowl. It had the same grilled pork plus beef, chicken and a couple of shrimp and egg rolls. All very filling. Looking forward to trying other choices. read more

Since the reviews were so good I came into New pho with high expectations and left extremely disappointed. The pho tasted dirty and that is the best way I can put it. I've never had bad pho before this experience, disappointed is an understatement. Although, the crab rangoons were pretty good. Still doesn't change my mind about this establishment. Very tasty Pho' the broth was amazing. The vermicelli noodle bowl was also good. We had spring rolls and they came with beef inside along with shrimp. I actually would have preferred to have no beef because the flavor overwhelmed the other ingredients so you could only taste the meat and it's texture and not the shrimp, or mint or other traditional spring roll flavors. read more

I was going to take my brother some Pho from Denver, he has some digestion issues but I knew we would be late for his Doctor appointment if I bought it here in Denver. By good fortune I found this place and we are now regulars. My brother goes in at least 4 times a week. A definite must stop by on my way home back to Denver.
