If you got a little-miss-red-riding-hood in your family, she will make herself right at home in this wonderful restaurant where everything is "just right." I see tons of people coming in for their savory chicken dish, for their Pho dishes, for all of their Asian-meat-flavored sandwiches on a delicious croissant or light bread, and people flocking in here too especially for their dessert slushy drinks and boba teas. Here are the only two problems i can find with this place: 1. Their dining hall is a bit too small for their popularity; and can get crowded in here, but i see how many people get it "to go." 2. This is the only location in this county. They definitely need another location here in northern CO, of Larimer County or in Weld County. Rare steak pho, the broth was super flavorful, rich and deep. I slurped half of it down with no adulteration. I usually put hoisin, sriracha and lime but I didn't want to alter it at all. The noodles were cooked perfectly and there was plenty of the steak. The combo was loaded with tendon and tripe to hubby's delight and he said the same about the broth and noodles. If we're in the area we will definitely be back but next time we'll skip the egg rolls.
