This small but functional restaurant has a lot of great things going on in the flavor department. The menu has a lot of options but we settled on two appetizers to start. They were the cream cheese Rangoons and the rocket shrimp. They came out hot and delicious. They each had a different dipping sauce that added a nice touch of flavor. I included a picture of the sauce on the table that was SO GOOD! I put it on everything. The rocket shrimp still had their tails on. For dinner I had two orders of the Goi Coun. I opted for shrimp only. These were nice sized and delicious. The peanut dipping sauce was the only real miss of the whole meal. It just tasted like it was missing the peanuts. It was also quite watery. There was a ton of take out going on during our meal. I would recommend this place for sure.

This place is an absolute jewel of Pho restaurant! The people are great, the price of the food is really great for the amount of food you get and the flavor of the meats is amazing! Not to mention the little shrimp rolls are delicious!

This place is so delicious and always clean! I ordered the small pho with shrimp, extra noodles, and no white onions. I love their broth more than any other place around town! :)

Would not eat at this restaurant again. Did not enjoy it at all and left most of my meal and spring rolls untouched.

This place popped up, and it checked all the boxes -- great reviews and mouthwatering photos. I'm a big fan of a good banh mi, so we decided to give it a try, and I can honestly say we made the right choice! The food was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. We both ordered a banh mi and shared an order of egg rolls. The bread was perfectly crisp and fresh -- my mouth is watering just thinking about it. If we lived closer, we'd eat here every week. I wouldn't hesitate to stop again next time we're driving through Loveland!

Majority of Pho in NoCo has been salty & bland. Since then, I've tried at least 5-6 places already that serve Pho...and I'm going to say...this is a Top 3 in CO, #1 in Loveland (per my taste buds). Here at PBM, there's balance issue in pho broth. I'm looking & savoring the backbone slow-simmered beef richness (usually from marrow bones, oxtail, brisket), with aromatics like star anise, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon acting more like background notes--not the main show. Maybe it was an off day, which that would be good...that would give me hope that the broth is being made in-house! I will come back again, in hopes that PBM will validate being THE BEST in Loveland!

We ordered it to try something new, but didn't care for the pineapple pieces in the soup. Service is always great regardless of whether you're getting food to go or dining in. From the moment we walked in - I'm recovering from recent shoulder surgery and dressing isn't easy so I didn't look my best - I discreetly asked the hostess if it was ok for me to come in looking kinda grungy and she sweetly told me I looked cute. Then a very friendly young man led us to our table. The place was packed, there were a lot of families with children as well as older folks like my hubby and me. Our waiter was also very friendly. Hubby and I usually each order soup, then we order 2 appetizers and one entree to split when we go to Asian restaurants. We ordered the same here. The egg drop soup was heartier than we expected, it had corn and little bit of chicken in it. It was delicious. Our appetizers, spring rolls and wrapped shrimp, were delicious and they were served on beds of noodles with sliced carrots and cucumbers around the edges of the plates. We had to ask our waiter for carry out containers before our entree even arrived. Our entree, pork with bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, and oyster sauce was delicious....just like everything else was. And since we ordered too much we had enough left over for dinner the following night. Hubby and I usually go for Thai or Japanese when we're in the mood for Asian cuisine and we have our favorite spots in FoCo for those (I prefer Thai, he prefers Japanese). We now have our favorite Vietnamese restaurant. The food was great and the service was very friendly!

A Hidden Gem in Plain Sight…read more Dined-in, and this place truly feels like a hidden gem. This was my third visit, and I'm already planning my next. The staff are incredibly friendly, and you can tell it's a family-owned and operated spot. It's simple and unpretentious--no pretenses, just good food. The flavors are bold and comforting. I ordered two dishes: braised beef brisket and beef stew with wontons. The braised beef was the standout for me--sweet and savory in perfect balance, with meat that melted in your mouth. The beef stew with wontons was delicious as well; the beef was tender, and the broth was clean, rich, and refreshing--great comfort food for a cold Colorado day, or any day. My wife tried the chicken pho. The broth was smooth and revitalizing, and the chicken meat seemed freshly hand-pulled. She enjoyed it immensely. If you're looking for solid, flavorful food in a welcoming, no-frills setting, this place is hard to beat.
