They are in the process of merging restaurants so we received several menus but were told that not all items were there and that there are some repeats and that all the prices were going to be different. Next, within a minute of sitting down, the waitress very seriously yelled at a young child we had with us about using chopsticks. This kid knows how to use chopsticks and uses them at home. She was excited to see them and be able to use them at a restaurant. The waitress then belittled us for allowing that. She was an extremely nasty person and ruined the entire experience. We resisted the urge to walk out and now have regrets about it. She felt awkward about how we received her criticism, so she pet the child's head and called her a pretty girl. The place is decorated with Christmas presents and bells (it's May). I wish that was the most insulting thing. We were the only ones in the restaurant the entire time. (That should have been our first sign). If you didn't want people to eat there, just close the inside and do just take out. As soon as we were sat she asked what we wanted and wouldn't leave until we asked her to. She came back with drinks a minute later and wouldn't leave again so we ordered a couple appetizers just to buy more time in deciding our dinner. Instead of simply honoring the promotion or politely asking questions, I was accused of forging signatures on the cards. The staff aggressively challenged me and treated me as though I was attempting to scam them, despite the fact that I have been a paying customer for years and received those signatures directly from their business. Being publicly accused of dishonesty over a loyalty program was embarrassing, insulting, and completely unnecessary. The sisig has too much of a soy sauce taste and way too much mayo on top . The chicharron bulaklak was okay could have used a bit more seasoning and seemed to be a popular item that day . The BBQ stick was decent but not for $18 . Being Filipino myself I know everyone has their own way of making certain dishes so people may like it but in my opinion I've had better at a few other spots . Wishing them all the best .

Of course they tried the whole we will remake it for you but nope I want my $$ back. Drove 25 mins back, now the young boy at the front gave me the option to have it returned back to my card or cash. Of course I said cash because I wanted my $ back instantly like how it was taken away. Can you believe one of the older ladies said something in there native language to him, they end up going back & forth and then he tried to deny the cash option & wanted to void the charge because of the credit fees they were charged. So the business doesn't want to take a lost to a credit charge fee but rather a loyal customer for 5+ years. This place has really fallen downhill & clearly lacks integrity.
