In July/August, we experienced a ceiling leak that caused significant damage throughout our home, impacting two bathrooms, the playroom, entryway hallway, and laundry room. After water mitigation and demolition were completed, we were left needing extensive repairs and full remodels of the affected areas. This was our first time dealing with a major home issue, and navigating insurance, contractors, and conflicting opinions felt overwhelming and stressful. I spoke with several contractors and received multiple estimates, but Alan stood out immediately. He was the first to respond and the first to give clear, straightforward, and honest answers. Beyond that, Alan is genuinely such a fun and easygoing person to work with, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. He has a great eye for design and prioritizes top-notch materials while still being realistic and respectful of budget. He guided us through the design process, helped with material selection, and made thoughtful recommendations every step of the way. Marlon and Emmanuel are incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and truly kind. They treated our home with care and always took the time to explain what they were doing, which made us feel confident and at ease throughout the process. Fast forward to today, we finally have our home back -- and we couldn't be happier with the results! Not having functional bathrooms and access to certain rooms for months took a toll on our family and our mental health. Click Construction stepped in during a very difficult time and helped restore not just our home, but our peace of mind. My only regret is not finding them sooner. I've attached before-and-after photos so you can see the incredible transformation for yourself. I highly recommend Click Construction to anyone looking for quality work, honesty, and a team that truly cares.

As is the case with contractors - the market is filled with charlatans, unprofessional, and fake "designers" who are aiming at stripping you out of your money by pushing solutions they most profit of, obscure proposals, predatory contracts and other less than honest methods. Pascual turned out to be a wonderful exception: a true professional, who is not only a contractor but is an excellent project manager - it takes one to know one! You get a hint about that already in the web introduction to PLF's 6 step process - music to our ears. In the introductory phase we found him to be an excellent listener and demonstrate an ability to provide solutions to our desires, rather than push his own, while contributing some real good ideas to achieve our wishes. An example for that was the existing floor tiles we had that were in excellent condition, met our taste, and we therefore wanted to keep and re-use in the new design. Almost everyone else we asked for a proposal insisted it was not possible, had to be broken in the demo phase, or cannot be integrated into the new design. Pascual, however, accepted it right away, pointing out the risks of having some of them break in the process, but knowing we had some spare tiles assured us it was possible. Pascual also showed a willing to compromise during the contract phase regarding material and labor components so that we could implement exactly what we wanted. We were able to reason with him very easily and in a non-confrontational manner. As for the work itself - we found out he promised less and delivered more - a very rare experience, contrary to what you often find in this field. He managed the project as a conductor with his teams of artists - that is how he referred to his crews, which we found amusing but very descriptive of reality. He was present for 90% of the work, certainly for all unexpected issues that are always to be expected in such projects. His calm and confidence demeanor characterized the project and was very reassuring to us. The result is a fantastic sense of satisfaction to us - getting everything we wanted and more, in a most reasonable price in a very short time - way less than promised. As the many reviewers before us we are now looking forward to other significant home improvement projects knowing we have Pascual and company in our team - they truly do it as if it were their own home, and it shows!

They showed up when they said they would, kept us updated, and answered all of our questions along the way. I really liked working directly with the owner from start to finish--I was never passed off to anyone else and he always picked up my calls. The estimate and contract process were both online and super easy. The roof looks amazing and the trim wrap really cleaned up the outside of the house. The new gutters look so much better then the old ones, and it's nice knowing we won't have to worry about cleaning them out all the time. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush anything. You can tell they care about doing the job right instead of just getting to the next project. It's hard to find a contractor like that anymore. They didn't cut any corners with the roof and made sure the shingles were high quality. If you're looking for a roofing company or need gutters, covers, or trim work in Northern Virginia, I'd definitely recommend Kraus Remodeling. We would use them again in a heartbeat
