In the latest of failures, my mom got Jabs to paint her back porch cement floor a year ago - they did so during the rain at 50 degrees - and you can see the results in the pictures. Are you kidding me? Are these "professional" painters? On top of it all, when my mom called to complain and ask them to fix it, Jabs told her no (and was rather rude about it).
