The insurance was paying so I was more interested in the quality and service that in the price. Avo was always very attentive and responded every question I had. On the day I was picking up the car, I found that one tire, needed to be replaced, was the same brand but not the same style. We immediately took ownership of the problem and told me to go and as soon as he got the new tire, he called me, I did not have to call him. He changed the tire. He did more. He fixed and painted, free of charge, all my rims. My car looks as new. Great service... I highly recommend it.

After bringing the car back to their shop three separate times, I have reached my limit. The bumper has fallen off twice after they repaired it, and the body work is visibly poor. I no longer have confidence in the quality or safety of the repairs completed by their team. It is unacceptable to charge customers for work that does not meet even basic expectations. This experience has been frustrating and disheartening, and I regret having to deal with such a lack of professionalism.

It was there until today, 2 WEEKS LATER, to find out they had done NO estimate, had the car sitting across the street and they charged him a "dismantle" fee plus $110 PER DAY to keep the car there!!! Over $950!!! Which mind you... THEY NEVER TOLD HIM ABOUT!!!! They also decided to THREATEN my father with taking money from what he would receive from the insurance claim to pay for their part while the car was just sitting there not being worked on. Needless to say I will be reaching out to an attorney regarding this. I find it disgusting a business will stoop to threaten an elderly person to scare them into paying them something that is not his responsibility to pay.

I looked up the location and couldn't find much on them. They didn't have any reviews on yelp or google so I kind of hesitated to bring my car in. Since the insurance was working with them I decided to take the risk and schedule an appointment with them on the following Tuesday after my accident. I took my car in that morning and was quoted a decent price for my hood, bumper and grill. Since it was not going to be much work, they let me know that most likely the car would be ready in two days. On Thursday, I received a call to pick up my car! I was a little nervous to see my car at first, but let me tell you that my car doesn't even look like it was ever in an accident. They did nice and very clean work. My car looks like I just bought it and the paint matches perfectly. I recommend them 100%. They're very professional and have everything in order. They communicated with me every single step of the way. They even wiped the car down on the interior before I got it back. I'm very happy with their service and work. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will come back (If I ever have another collision)!

I have a very low mileage 10 year old Prius that needed a lot of cosmetic work. I took it to Maaco for an estimate but then read the horrendous reviews on Yelp. I took it Touch of Class and couldn't even get them to give me an estimate. I found Y&H through the magic of Yelp and got a quote from them based off of pictures. When I dropped the car off for the work, Angel suggested some additional work that I agreed to because the pricing was great. I received photos from Angel while the car was being worked on, putting my mind at ease that I would get my car back on time. It took one week to hammer out the dents, completely paint the car, change out the brake pads, clean the engine and detail the interior! That's it, just one week! When I went to get the car, it looked brand new! I was so nervous driving it home, LOL! Bonus - the Uber driver that dropped me off there needed body work, so Angel was able to give her an estimate right then and there! The body work and paint job cost $2,000, and the brake pads, engine cleaning and interior detailing was an additional $360. I thought this was a bargain for very high quality, FAST work! Angel was a pleasure to work with and he made this process very easy!
