Worst fucking experience ever!!! I'm so unsatisfied with my haircut. I asked for layers . oo I wish I knew her name! I would put her name all over this review. I also asked for a wash. This lady let's me out with my hair wet and hair all over me. And another thing, I don't even think she knew how to use those scissors that were for thinning. Fuck I'm so upset. Another thing that went wrong is the fact that when my fucking hair got dry, one side looked like it was cut shorter than the other layer. So fucking unprofessional. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Early today my 12 year old sister had her hair cut by the owner Lida. She was told the hair was being donated to Locks of Love and we requested her hair be held together by a band we brought in but insisted she use her own. After applying a rubber-band she proceeded to cut the hair near the end, the hair started to come loose and was advised of this several times. The rubber-band fell to the floor messing up the hair and several strands fell out of the ponytail! Ruining the hair my sister took four years to grow out. This is unacceptable. I call the dumb broad, and she says, "don't worry honey... I'll fix it". She knows darn well she couldn't fix it. The organization has strict guidelines and she apparently doesn't care, had she... she would have been more cautions from the beginning. I will never go back to this place. read more

This place is eh. They are cheap but don't know how to actually cut a lot of hair. They can do trims but when I went yesterday they couldn't cut my hair how I wanted. There were two ladies doing it. I kept showing them the pic of what I want and it doesn't look like it at all. I've done this haircut many times before I know how it supposed to look on me I wanted a sexy chic look and they just gave me a little kid haircut I'm very disappointed. Great value. Took my sons there to get a cut and they did a fantastic job. I should add both sons have sensory issues, one is a toddler the other has autistic so suffice to say cutting hair is a challenge. Best $8 hair cut around! They are quick, friendly, and very experienced. I always get my cut from Carmen; she's got the fastest scissor cutting skills around. It's amazing to watch her cut my hair! Ive been going here since I was young. Not my weekly place but today I went in, it was alittle busy but good for them, I only waited 20 mins for a hair cut, but when I got mine, it only took 5 mins. I asked the woman for 2" on top with a 1" tapper. she didnt take her time nor cared for my hair cut. Im now looking in the mirror with this hair cut that is half assed with long stray hairs. I have been here few times now. I went today with my sister for hair cut. The lady who cut my hair did wonderful job. But the lady who helped my sister was did pathetic job. My sister told her again and again that she wanted bob cut with layers and all that lady did is reduced length of her hair. I've been coming here for years. $9 and they are fast friendly and do a great job!!! It's actually much better service and cut then you could get at great clips or any of the chain stores. They are always busy but they have so many stylists you never wait more than a few minutes. They are cash only but there's a BOA across the street and atm at 7 eleven next store so it's pretty easy. I always tip extra - since the cuts are definitely under priced. Extras are reasonable too - wash / dry only a few dollars. After being warmly welcomed I was swooped up by a woman who turned out to be the "Hilda" described in the previous positive review. She actively listened to what it was that I was going for, and then got to work. Not a chatty one, very focused on her work, and very thorough. Possibly just by habit, she thanked me for my patience a couple times, even though it didn't seem like she was taking any longer than any other cut.
