Disclaimer; This review is ONLY for my manicure. I've been coming to this business since I've moved to the area three years ago and have been getting my pedicures done here since. I've never had any problems in the past, the lady that dose my nails Jane dose a wonderful job. Recently I got an itch to get my nails done and gave this place a try. Unfortunately I will be sticking to my pedicure services only! The gentlemen that did my nails did not exceed my expectations, seemed like he did a rush job and unfortunately lost a potential opportunity to make more money from me. Over all my nails are a sold 4.8 out of 10 There is texture on my right hand thumb nail. On my Left hand he injured my pinky cuticle, failed to trim my forth finger nail evenly and left paint on my skin. It is unfortunate that this business of artistry has a lack of integrity in their work and for that I'll be in the market looking for a new salon to fill my set in the near future. read more

My nails are super ugly, polish is extra bulky and bumpy to the the point I just want to cry..... This is my fault trying to be cheap and this is what I get... I give this place a one star for their lack of expertise on eyebrows. They did an EXTREMELY sloppy job! Let me start with what bugs me the MOST. If I ask for an eyebrow wax, why in the world would she only wax under my eyebrow and shave the top?! As soon as the blade touched me I pulled away and told her to stop. HOW MANY PEOPLE HAVE THEY USED THAT BLADE ON? is all that I was thinking about. You wouldn't share razors with stranger would you??? YUCK. She hardly put any wax on me that it did not remove even the extra long hairs (my eyebrows were long overdue). She did not wax in between my eyebrows (a must since I was long overdue). I was shocked when she gave me the mirror to check out her job so that I can pay. I told her you haven't even waxed the middle and the top still has hair (she attempted to wax after attempting to shave). I tried to get up from the chair to pay and leave and she's telling me to sit down to fix it. I think not!! I should have said something so I wouldn't have to pay but all the workers were glaring at me so I paid and left. I was so upset :( I had to go to my usual far away favorite place to fix. If you want your nails done right... Don't go here... Go anywhere else but here. If a person is working there that's clearly older you would think they had a little more experience and their work should show it... Wrong! The older lady does your pedicure the way she wants to! You tell her square she does them round and by the time you realize it, it's already to late to correct because they're now round. Then someone else comes to correct the problem by that time you just are ready to leave. The owner has a bad attitude and needs to send her nail techs back to training! I had asked for a manicure and a design but they ended up doing this ugly design so I told him to take it off so I just got plain white nails with glittery silver nail that looked yellow with glitter just horrible... my daughter got a flower with her nails painted which is $6 so in total I got charged $21 that is ridiculous $15 for a plain manicure I didn't even get a design at the end this is..b.s... and I still gave the guy a dollar for tip and they were just laughing. I will never come here again bad service especially when a girl asked me if I wanted to paint my daughter's Nails as well and I said no I don't know what she said then I just heard whatever like what the hell? what kind of service is this I do not recommend this place!!!! The only reason I am giving this place 1 star is because my first 2 times there where GOOD. Good customer service and great results on my full set of nails I believe Stephanie does a GREAT job on her work but her snotty attitude has to go. Anyways I went again today for a full set (gel) as well as a pedicure gel as well. HORRIBLE JOB!!! I paid $61 for bullshit. The girl who did my pedicure a younger pregnant girl doesn't know how to shape nails she left my nails deformed after I spent some time growing out my nails and shaping them for a long time for this disappointing job. The OLDER lady that did my nails was horrible as well she left me nails all thick, bumpy and full of acrylic around my nails and under. I've been here a few times. Every time I have received a pedicure from Tommy. He makes you feel really relaxed and he does an excellent job. I don't believe he does designs but he makes my feet so smooth I don't even need anything but polish if you need a good pedicure this shop is a place to come. I read some great reviews on this place & figured to try it. Now the first two times were GREAT, an older man made my acrylic set & he did fantastic. then I got a fill from an older Asian lady, again get job, close to my cuticle & paint on my nail not my fingers. then the last time I went a younger girl did my fill: TERRIBLE I had so much room from nail to cuticle & the paint was a mess because she knew the space was there she tried to hide it with paint???? it was a terrible or job and the whole time she just kept throwing my hands around and seemed as if she were in a rush but I came in right after opening so NO ONE was waiting!!!! then I have to pay her & she claims for a fill & ONE nail repair, on short nails mind you, $22?!?!? I paid less for my full set. Not to mention the new nail started lifting the very next day!!!! ugh. point of the story only the "older" workers seem to be the ones with any talent & even when in a rush they do stupendously! read more
