She was running late and I had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time. There is not an official waiting area so I just sat on the hair washing chairs right outside the waxing room. I got a wax but during the wax, the lady was on the phone the whole time with someone else speaking Russian. She did not try to communicate with me at all. There was wax and remaining hairs leftover in my area that was waxed. Sometimes other waxers will clean it up for you with tweezers, but not here. After the wax she did not give me any instruction for aftercare and I had to ask what to do. I would not come back here again.
