Great staff and service with a convenient location. Very comfortable. Will be returning again soon!

I've been coming here for hair removal since 2019 and I won't go anywhere else. They always do a great job no matter who I see.

Andy was skilled at the sugaring process for my back. He knows how to do the removal while keeping discomfort to a minimum.

MPM is amazing! Andy is exceptional!! I typically come to have my back sugared and Andy always has great chill music on and has great technique. A+++ read more

Great experience. Sebastian was so professional, patient and careful. It was my first time doing this. Definitely going back.

Sebastian is my man! Very professional, well spoken...puts one at ease. And a great touch! I'm a fan of MPM! read more

This was my first time at MPM. The experience was awesome. It's a very clean place and very professional staff. Osker made me feel so comfortable. He was professional, personable and did a great job. I'm definitely coming back. I definitely recommend this studio. read more

Do not go here for laser hair removal. He repeatedly went over my tattoo, which is something even the most basic laser technician would know not to do. The laser is attracted to dark pigment which is why you stay away from tattoos. He severely burnt me and probably ruined parts of my tattoo. I'm not sure if he just has no laser training and just bought a machine or if he's just careless with his treatments. Either is unacceptable from a laser technician and I won't be returning. read more

I had read the NY Magazine article that listed this place as one of the best in NY for hair removal, so I thought I would give it a try. MPM is about 30% cheaper than Pulse Laser, where I had lasered my back (with incredible results). It's probably best to level set that I'm a white guy (American euro mutt) with dark hair. I've also been told the Candela technology they use at Pulse Laser works well for that combination. That said, I showed up to MPM with the best intentions and my chest and belly shaved. The process was incredibly painful -- nonetheless, I knew that this was part of it. So here I am, a week later - the hair is already growing back and I've got about a dozen in grown hairs! MPM states they use a Diode laser and I do not recommend. My chest is itchy and in the beginning of that awful growing out stage. Candela all the way baby - I got rid of my back and shoulder hair in 8 sessions over 2 years. I go back once every winter for a touch up. Pulse Laser also has candy at the reception desk. Sorry MPM. read more

Finally a guy-centric spot for hair removal As everyone else has said, Oskar is a great friendly guy and although the sugaring process is a bit painful, he made it as comfortable as can be. Would highly recommend read more

Amazing - Easy - definitely going back! Oskar was wonderful to work with - he makes the whole process enjoyable. Not going anywhere else!

I I had wanted to try sugaring for a while now. I researched places, and this one seemed to fit my needs. First off, the studio is lovely and clean. My technician, Oskar, was profession, through and FAST. Yes, it was weird at first, but 1 minute in Oskar had reassured me about the procedure and calmed me down, plus it was 1/2 over. It took more time for me to get prepared then for the sugaring then for the sugaring itself! That's how quick it was! And it only "hurt" the first "pull".Oskar made sure that all the hair was gone. I feel much better about myself now when I bend over and look in the mirror! Thanks Oskar! I'll see you in six weeks! I would post a photo of the smooth and clean area but I don't think it's appropriate. lol. read more

It was my first time getting waxed. Richard did a great job. We were conversing through out so that i am not nervous and keep my mind of the pain. Since it was sugar wax, I didn't have to experience the hot wax. read more

Andres C is my boy! He always does an amazing job, and I walk out feeling sexy and cute and pampered. I'm so glad I found MPM, and a sugarer who I trust, who is professional and thorough, and adorable to boot. read more

Richard was great! Not only made a great job explaining the post treatment care, but made sure it was an easy going experience. Room was clean and organized. Good price and great staff. Will def bring friends over. read more

I do not like this Oscar guy at all. He turned away my girlfriend at the door, he was overly hyper and there were way too many sexual references in his speech. Plus, his dog was right there in the waxing room with us. Yeah, that's sanitary. The other guy Greg who is no longer there was much faster, more accommodating and professional. read more

Had my first sugaring wax treatment ever. Traveled 6.5 hours for this as they don't have a service like this in my area. I had some pain and discomfort at first but after that the treatment went well. Oskar did my treatment and he did a good job. read more

The facility is immaculate, clean, and bright. Richard made me feel so comfortable, even when in "uncomfortable" positions. The conversation never missed a beat and I truly enjoyed our talk. What a great experience, you have a new steady customer! read more

Professional, easy, courteous. Was nervous for a first time wax, but there was nothing to be nervous about. Will be back! Thank you Oskar!

I had a pleasant experience with MPM. Oskar was great. He kept up decent conversation and did a wonderful job. Unfortunately, I don't have a before and after pic, but trust me... I highly recommend this service. This was my first ever sugar/wax or whatever it is called. I was soar afterwards, but it's so worth it. Now I'm aerodynamic AF 10/10 would go back. read more

I had such a great experience with Oskar, he is a true professional. The waxing studio is very cozy and creates a comfortable environment to get a waxing service. The whole process is very effective and efficient with little pain and no irritation. I am so happy I found this gem in a city saturated with spas that I have always left feeling so uncomfortable after a treatment. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering getting waxed. P.S I have gotten waxed many times with more traditional wax strips and the technique used by Oskar was superior in every way. read more

Love the concept! A place for men by men! I had the pleasure of being sugared by Keith! He was extremely professional and proficient. He was very friendly and really pleasant. I was actually having a bad day and his energy made it much better. I would highly recommend this place! I met Oskar for a short period of time and he seemed nice, but the environment over all 10 out of 10!! read more

Oskar still has the magic touch. He's skilled, efficient and always nice to work with. First time for me at this location and it's the best so far. I've tried a few others over the years (more convenient) and I'm back to Oskar. read more

Absolutely love this place. It was my first time ever getting sugared/waxed and Oskar was so incredibly accommodating and professional. It was obviously pretty painful and embarrassing for me to be bare bottoms up, but he made it such a comfortable environment for me and was super accommodating of my pain tolerance. Will be back soon - thanks, Oskar! read more

This was my first experience with sugaring (and my first Yelp review!). Oskar is a great guy and made something that could have felt really awkward into a really relaxing good experience. I'm pretty amazed at how happy I am with the results. Looks and feels so good. May just make this a regular part of my maintenance. Thanks, Oskar. read more

I never had a worst reaction to anything on my body! I asked if sugaring was supposed go be much less irritating then waxing for someone like me who tends to get ingrown hairs. Its been weeks, ive bought every product to help get rid of the irrational and felliculitis caused by the sugaring. Last and only time. Look like I have chickenpox!! read more

As a very hairy man who had always wanted a hairless booty and was always too afraid to see someone to remove it for fear of being told that I was too hairy, let me tell you, Oscar hooked me up! Not only did he use sugaring to remove the hair from my cheeks, crack, grundle, AND lower back; he did it with grace, class, respect and in under 30 minutes. There was a little bit of pain my first time but I got used to it and it was totally worth it. My ass feels amazing. On top of it all, he was able to blend my newly hairless ass and my forever hairy legs to make it look more natural. Fellas, this is the place to go! Hands down. Make an appointment today!!!! read more

Amazing, professional and a master in his craft. My first ever wax experience and Oskar walked me through the whole way; what to expect, how to maintain the area and even tips. If you're a guy considering then you owe it to yourself to come to MPM. If this isn't enough then let the rates convince you! Sugar waxing was excellent and virtually pain free. I promise. read more
