We needed a Ring Camera/Floodlight installation done to the front of our garage and went with New Electronics Communication. We did not have an already established junction box/outlet to the outside of our garage so we knew we needed a professional electrician to hardwire and install the ring (although I was definitely tempted through watching YT videos). The process of getting a quote was extremely fast and easy through Yelp Messaging with Boudy and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately the day of the appt there was a no-show and no communication on their part which did cause frustration and inconvenience. However, I was able to get into contact with Boudy and he was apologetic about the situation and had a plan on how to make things right. I completely understand unforeseen circumstances and have complete empathy for such (especially during these hard pandemic times). I do respect their stance on positive customer service and business management and Boudy was able to improve the situation.
