When I sent a message to local electricians through Yelp for quotes to install my Tesla wall charger, these guys responded first, and had the most competitive price. They were available the next day and arrived to the appointment on time. There were no sales pitches or attempts to do anything other than what I asked for, which I appreciated as other companies wouldn't even provide a quote. Installation took about two and a half hours. The electrician clearly knew what he was doing and set about the task quickly and efficiently. I must admit I was a little concerned during the installation process but in the end everything turned out great. The wall unit functions perfectly and the install job was neatly managed. Overall I would use this company again due to their responsiveness and straightforward business practices. read more

We just bought a new house in Anaheim and have had a lot of contractors and work done throughout the past few months. I can confidently say that Abdu and his team were the absolute easiest to work with and did an incredible job adding and updating various fixtures and cabling to this old home. I received an almost immediate response when I first reached out to get the ball rolling on the job and every step throughout the process, Abdu was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. The job was scoped and quoted in less than a day and he, Joe and the rest of the team were at the house exactly when they said they would be and the job was finished right on time. My main request was to add CAT6A cabling and keystone jacks throughout the house which I knew was not an easy task. Additionally many of the rooms had little to no lighting so we requested new recessed lighting be added as well. Both of these asks were fufilled in exactly the manner requested and I couldn't be happier with the results. A few weeks after the job was completed, I needed a follow up visit to tie up some loose ends and they were here to take care of everything else I needed. Some other odds and ends that were addressed: Multiple Ring outdoor camera installs, electrical outlet upgrades, multiple light fixture installations. They really do it all. I am absolutely thrilled with the work that was done and won't hesistate to call Abdu for any additional work in the future. He also recommended another contractor for a failed water heater and they turned out to be rockstars as well. Cannot go wrong here! read more

Great work. The team is amazing and kind. The owner boudy is extremely knowledgeable available and professional.

Excellent workmanship from a reliable, and honest company. I called in the morning for an emergency repair for some circuit breakers on an old electrical panel. The breakers were tripped, and would not reset; outlets, and light switches were not working in the house. I spoke with Abdu, who went over my options of replacing the old breakers, or installing a new electrical panel. He was very knowledgeable, and honest in his assessment of the job. (Estimated cost, and how long it would take). He gave very competitive quotes for both options, and did not pressure me into doing one option over the other. Abdu was able to schedule me that morning to come take a look, and confirmed that the job would be completed same day. Tony and another worker came on-time, assessed the job, and began working after we agreed on the final price, which was very competitive, and accurate with the estimate given over the phone. Abdu was easy to contact, and would text me throughout the day on the progress of the job. By 5:30pm the same day, the new electrical panel with new breakers was installed. I highly recommend this company, have referred them to family and friends, and plan to work with them again in the future. Thank you NCE! read more

Elie and Tony were great. Job Scope: Install Tesla Wall Mount for my Model X. Went through the attic, instead of drilling through walls. Other electricians wanted to go through walls because it was easier. Elie and Tony took the tougher route to make sure the job got done with quality. Side note: The attic had rats, was musty and dusty. Not to mention, you can't stand up in the attic. But, Tony still went up there to drag the lines from my kitchen breaker. Good: - On time. - Finished within the estimated time given. - Pays attention to detail. Does not take any shortcuts. - Reasonably priced. Bad: Can't think of anything. Other comments: I had gotten quotes from 6 other companies, and to be honest, Elie was not my first choice. After some texts and emails, I decided to give Elie the job. I am very happy that I did. Thank you. I highly recommend this company. read more

This is an update to my 2019 review of the excellent service from Elie and Tony. My parent had a blown electrical panel because of the poor workmanship of the previous owner. With a short notice, Tony came by and provided an excellent replacement of the electrical panel. Other than replacing the electrical panel, he also worked on several things that needed to be done inside the house such as fan repairs, electrical outlets repairs and replacement. Tony worked very hard to fix all of the outlets and solve all of the electrical issues. He also advised my parent on several things that do not need to be replaced. I value that integrity of troubleshooting and not take the easy way by replacing something that can be fixed. Thank you Tony and Elie for coming to our rescue. read more

Awesome service from Elie and Tony! Tony was prompt, thorough, honest, and did great work. We had several outlets and light switches that were out and now we have light! Tony came and did a really good job for us. Thank you for quick response, highly recommend it to anyone

Boudy and his team did a fantastic job upgrading our electrical panel and with the installation of new and replacement fixtures. By far the best Electrician in all of Orange County. They don't nickel and dime you. I got my 200 amp electric panel done, a 220 v installed, several repairs on this fixer upper house and cameras installed. They do a great job and troubleshoot and do whatever you need to get the job done. I have hired them several times and every single time it is with ease and with great results. Thank you Boudy for you and your amazing team. read more

Boudy and his partner provided an excellent service. When they arrived, we had a brief discussion of what needed to be done. I had several hardwired and plug-in cameras that needed installation. They finished the install within a day, maintaining thorough communication every step of the way. Great pricing too. I would call them again. read more

Needed an additional outlet in wall for a TV. Responded quickly with a quote. Quote was reasonable in my opinion and availability was good so I scheduled. Owner of the business responded to all of my questions timely- great communication. Electrician showed up right on agreed upon time and went right to work. He was very efficient and reassuring that he knew what I wanted. Finished up the job within the hour and cleaned up nicely. Great experience overall- no complaints. I will keep them referenced for future similar projects. read more

If you are looking for an electrician.... stop right now. This is your guy. I had Boudy out to install a new 200 amp panel and run a 240v line from my panel to my garage so I could charge my Tesla. Let me start at the beginning. Boudy, unlike a lot of other electricians, didn't charge me for a consultation or a quote. He was up front and very clear and provided an exact estimate that he stuck to. Boudy finished what would normally be a 2 day job in a single day because he brought in 5 guys. This was HUGE for me as I didn't have to worry about going more than 10 hours without power. They finished the whole job, the whole install, all while I was at work. Since I was at work, Boudy sent me pictures throughout the day showing the progress they were making. Any questions that came up or any change that was made was accompanied with a photo and an explanation. Boudy also went out of his way to fix and correct pre-existing things that he saw were incorrect. Whether that was bracing my old garage dry wall or replacing a backyard outlet to bring it up to code. All of these little things didn't run me anything extra. Beyond that, what I really appreciated was that Boudy took the hard route of running the line through my attic inside the house to the garage on the opposite end of my property. A lot of the other electricians wanted to just run metal conduit along the outside of the home because that's way easier but cosmetically looks terrible. Incredibly happy with the job Boudy and his guys did. When I have need for an electrician in the future, Boudy and New Electronics Communication have earned my business for life. Thank you! read more

I recently purchased a Tesla and my wife dreaded driving to the Target charging station each day for a super charge. After much debate, I decided to spend a few bucks to buy a Tesla home charger. Next, I needed a licensed electrician to perform the install. I requested a quote yesterday (Sunday) and received a call back within a few minutes. I then sent a video of my garage, along with a photo of my electrical panel. I quickly received a competitive quote and set up an appointment for today (Monday). The electrician arrived this morning, ran the conduit to the panel, and installed the charging station. In less than 24 hours, I now have a Tesla charger in my home and my wife no longer has to park at the Target Tesla station and risk getting mugged. Thanks to the team at New Electronics Communications!!!! My wife and I are now all smiles.... 5 Star Service! Michael read more

Boudy and his team were awesome to say the least. We purchased our own outdoor camera system and were looking for someone to hardwire it. I reached out to several different businesses to get a quote. Boudy's quote was not only competitive, he was very patient and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. On the day of the installation everyone that came was so kind. Not only that, they were very detail oriented and the system looks GREAT! All of our friends who have seen our new system commented on clean the cameras looked with the way the wires were arranged. Love the work and will definitely be reaching out the next time I have a job that requires an electrician! read more

Service was quick and inexpensive. I will hire them for future projects because of their extensive knowledge on house repair.

Boudy, the owner, and his team did a great job in installing Nema 14-50 plug for our Tesla! They are very professional & punctual not to mention the best price amongst the competitors that I spoke with around the OC area. They even made sure that the work area get cleaned up after the work is done. Something that you don't see nowadays. The communication was flawless from beginning until the end. Boudy himself even took care of the final inspection, for the permit, by the city representative by showing up early making sure everything is ok! I will definitely use this company again for any future electrical job. Highly recommended! read more

New Electronics Communication (NEC) is an awesome electrical company to work with! They offer fair and competitive pricing with wonderful customer service ! I received quotes from 3 other different companies and after speaking with Elie, I felt very comfortable hiring him and his team to do the job. I'm in the process of renovating my backyard with new concrete, artificial grass and pergolas. We want to have outdoor lighting and want to install 4 electrical boxes. In addition to this, I also requested Elie's team to install 2 electrical outlets in my garage. I recently purchased an electric car and needed to install a fast charging outlet. When it came time for all the installation, the team arrived on time and got to work. They were efficient and installed everything timely. Elie is very friendly, professional, very responsive and answered all of my questions. I am very happy and satisfied with the work they provided! I would recommend New Electronics Communication to my family and friends as well as using them for any future electrical services. Thank you ! read more

We were recommended this electrician by my brother who had a home Tesla charger installed in Los Alamitos. I recently moved to West Covina and we were in need of an electrician to install our Tesla charger. I originally didn't consider this electrician because of the distance but he came upon my husband's request and he installed the charger for us at a reasonable cost. He was helpful even with a phone consult months before we even moved in. Clean work and very communicative. Highly recommend! read more

Elie and Tony did a really good job installing a junction box for my new dishwasher!! They arrived a bit late, but went straight to work as they already knew what had to be done due to previous conversations. They were able to run a new cable into the same conduit as the dishwasher with out having to break any walls or drill any holes. I was very pleased with this. They added a junction box and a GFI for safe measure. They were clean and got everything done very efficiently. There were no surprises and they were paid based on the original quote. Quite happy with them and if ever I have any other electrical job, they will be the ones I call. read more

Excellent experience with the installation of a NEMA 14-50 outlet. Prior to the project all of my questions were answered in record time. Really great experience with Tony and Abdu recently. Abdu called back quickly after my first call and scheduled Tony to come out the next day. Tony was effective and efficient, you can definitely tell he knew what he was doing. Addressed my issue and took care of the problem for the price that Abdu had quoted and I couldn't be more pleased. Electrical problems are always unpleasant since there's often a sense of urgency to them. It's nice to know that these guys were so quick to respond, in case I ever need them again in the future. I'm usually skeptical of universal 5 star Yelp ratings since I feel like the ratings have been massaged somehow. From my experience, I'd say these guys are for real and deserve all the 5 stars reviews they receive. Would not hesitate to use them again, although I hope I won't need to, haha. read more

We recently bought an 80 year old house that needed a decent amount of work. One of the biggest jobs ended up being electrical - new panel upgrade, full rewiring to get rid of old, not-up-to-code cloth wiring, adding a lot of recessed lights, all new ceiling fans and light fixtures, and installing security cameras and outdoor motion sensing lights. We spoke to 3-4 other electricians and most of them were very doom and gloom, not super helpful in explaining things or offering suggestions on our options, and expensive to boot. When my wife spoke to Abdu he was very helpful and patient, taking time to explain the pros and cons of doing certain work, and generally just a nice guy who seemed to take an interest in his work/clients, and his quote was a decent amount cheaper than the others. We hired him and could not have been more happy. Abdu was always extremely quick with text replies throughout the work, taking time to explain things that came up (and we had a lot of questions as first time homeowners). Out of all of the subcontractors we ended up hiring (~7-8 by my recollection), Abdu was by far the best (and we had some good ones). He's a genuinely nice guy, very knowledgable & professional, very patient and giving with his time, and very fair on price. The list goes on. Hire him if you get the chance! read more

NEC is an amazing company! We wanted to install outdoor security cameras around our house, but had no idea what kind to choose. Abdu met with us and walked our property, explaining all the options and making suggestions as to what he thought would fit our needs. When he and his team came to install everything, they were knowledgable, efficient, clean and friendly. They did an amazing job installing seven cameras, making sure that each one was adjusted just right and that we knew how to use the app to monitor everything. The level of customer service is outstanding. We will not hesitate to use NEC again! read more

Abdu and Tony were great. This is the second time I needed their services. The first time a new dedicated line was installed and the second time, after further construction was completed, Tony returned to adhere and add a box to the wall that was still under construction. In addition, after damage to electrical lighting in a different room, it was inspected and attended to. Their response time, professionalism, communication, workmanship and reasonable pricing made this very easy! read more

Boudy and his team installed my security system and 50 amp inlet box. It was definitely a professional installation, Poe cables was ran through the attic no cables exposed. Set up the NVR and made sure the cameras were functioning properly. The 50 amp inlet box was installed without issues. Boudy also repaired one of the outlets and returned few days later to install the interlock kit as he promised. That's customer service! A+++++ read more

Communicated with Boudy over yelp messenger. I was able to send him pictures and he could figure out exactly what was needed for the job. The workers were on time, exactly as scheduled. The price was reasonable for the 3 small tasks I had, which was adding an additional outlet, putting in a bathroom exhaust fan, and wiring up an outdoor security camera. Tony and Ellie did the work, English is not their first language, but they still understood what I was telling them. They are fast and efficient and did a good job. read more

Abdu was EXTREMELY responsive. My parents home needed an updated panel and he was able to explain the process to us and get his team to do the work within a day and a half. Not to mention they were very timely! My parents also asked them to input 4 recess lighting in the living room. They did such a great job and pricing was fair and reasonable. We're so impressed by Abdu and his team! read more

Boudy and his team helped me fix my CCTV existing system, replaced my hard drive for a good price, and also assisted me with setting up my CCTV monitoring apps by logging in remotely to my home computer. Honestly, a lot of other CCTV professionals on Yelp were either trying 1) to rip me off or 2) sell me a whole new system.. even though I don't need one. Actually a few different companies on Yelp lied to me and said yeah I just need to get an entire system if I want to change my monitoring app. But Boudy helped me fix my existing system and because of that, I'm definitely going back to his company when I will need a new system replacement. Customer Service, Integrity, Honesty go a very long way. New Electronics Communication has all of that. Thanks Boudy! Highly Recommend. read more

Really great service and very friendly workers every time I have trouble they are always available to help

We bought a new place and there were several issues with the wiring, GFI outlets, coaxial outlets, lighting, etc. We didn't know where to look but after reading reviews about Abdu and his team, we decided to give them a try. He answered his phone when we called and came by later the same day. After agreeing to a very reasonable price, they started their work the following week and completed everything as promised within the timeframe they set. If I could rate Boudy and New Electronics Communication 10 stars, I would!!!!. They were extremely professional, honest, hard working, clean, just an awesome experience. We needed to upgrade a very old electrical panel , and after searching and reading reviews of many electricians, I decided to go with them. I am so glad I did. Boudy took care of everything, contacted the City and obtained the permit, contacted and scheduled with SDG&E to shut off and than turn on electricity, and made arrangements with the City inspector to sign off the project. Very smooth, he was always on top of it, followed up w SDG&E multiple times (this part was a totatl nightmare, as SDG&E is not the easiest electric company to work with) , r & esponded to my texts quickly. He even did some extra things at the house (hang ceiling fan, change light fixture, add dusk to dawn light for the backyard). All the extra wok was very reasonable, as well as the panel upgrade.
