It used to be really good Chinese food but I haven't been in a few years. It could have changed since then.

Me and my friend were looking exactly for this type of experience last night, and boy did we hit the jackpot! Their payment system is ingenious. They make you pay before you are even allowed to look at the food. That way when you see the curdled sweet and sour sauce, you can't turn back. You aren't allowed to tip. You get to serve yourself EVERYTHING and put up everything yourself. You get your own dirty plates and forks to eat with; you get your own drinks from a leaky fountain drink machine that will leave your cup and hand sticky, and you also get to put up all your dishes when you leave. Sadly, they don't want you to wash them before you leave. They don't have any music playing. You get to play your own music! I personally chose one of my favorite Chinese music stations on YouTube and it created a great ambiance. Also, listening to the kitchen staff argue is like watching the show "the Bear." So you get dinner AND a show. CONCLUSION If you want good Chinese food, this place isn't for you. If you want an experience that you will remember the rest of your life, or at least the rest of the week, THIS is where you should go!

Not sure if that was for other reasons or not. You have to pay before you sit down and also have to pay extra for yum yum sauce. I will not go nor, will my friends be back.

Then a P5 Pho Dac Biet for the main. Both the appetizer and the main dish came out in a respectable time. Both delicious and temp hot! Atmosphere was clean in the dining room. A little dim. The restroom wasn't that great. But i came here for the food of course! Definitely will be back when i pass through Bowling green! -Cha Gia crispy spring roll. Came out piping hot and crispy! Perfect texture and perfectly seasoned. Sad part was it does not come with nuoc mam dipping sauce, but a generic sweet and sour sauce. Other that that, an A rating! -P5 Pho Dac Biet. Absolutely phenomenal bowl of pho! Broth was hot, not too sweet, and perfectly seasoned. Was quite surprised being that it's one of the only Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Came with the normal Veggies that go in Pho. Do not skip on the Pho! A+ bowl of pho! -Atmosphere. A little dim , restroom not that clean. Overall a B.

I was not "wow-ed" by anything, but it was a fine lunch. The pho is okay. The broth is on the sweeter side. The noodles came weirdly clumped, and I had to spend quite a bit getting them to be actual noodles and not a clump. The Thai basil served with it wasn't very good, nor were the bean sprouts. I did enjoy the meal as a whole. The restaurant itself is very dusty. There are faux plants located throughout that have a considerable amount of dust. Since there are many tiny leaves, it was visibly dusty and even had some cobwebs on it. I don't think I would come back here any time soon, but for what it is and for the price, it was good but could've been better.

robin henry Local Guide·29 reviews·1 photo…read morea week ago New Lunch | $10-20 I ordered their Mandarin Deluxe with garlic which is supposed to come with Chicken, beef, and shrimp and mixed vegetables and fried rice. What I received was only the chicken and no beef or shrimp. When I called to complain the Chinese lady said it's what I ordered when it plainly wasn't. Also, the fried rice was like steamed white rice with no carrots or peas. I was raised that the customer was always right and to fix a problem when one arose. This place did not offer to do anything unless I brought the plate back. I told them I would but we only get 30 minutes for lunch so I had to eat what I got, like it or not. I won't be back to this "Blue Roof" Fortune Village restaurant because it's getting added to my banned list. China One is SO much consistently better!!!

We live in the Ashland…read morecity/pleasant view area and the one Chinese restaurant here was absolutely awful so the next time I ordered Chinese I tried a spot in Springfield. I thought it was this place so today when I wanted some Chinese I called and ordered from here but once I pulled in a realized this wasn't the same place, but was hopefully it would be good. It was not. I'll mention the positives first. I called in my order while leaving Kroger. It was ready by the time I pulled into their parking lot. So it took maybe 3-4 min. The service was friendly and the food came out fast and hot. Unfortunately it was horrible. I ordered the crab angels and the fried wontons. The crab angels were super super salty. Inedibly salty. And very oniony. The fried wontons were on the opposite side of the spectrum where they were pretty bland and flavorless. I ate two of each item hoping that my first impression of them was wrong and trying to convince myself that they weren't as bad as I thought. But they were. I hate wasting food, or money, but I had to throw these away because I just could not eat them. Both were also extremely greasy. I could feel the oil in my arteries and pores. So that was $14 wasted. Maybe other things on their menu are better but I'm not willing to try it again. After eating food from the Ashland city Chinese restaurant I thought it was the worst I've ever had but this place was just as bad or actually worse. I think the place I liked was called china one after searching more following this mix up. So I'll try and remember to go there next time
