Clean....yes Food tasty.....yes Service......well no one comes to the table to take your order, all cutlery is the lowest thinest grade of plastic. No smiles.....everything is just curt and right to the point. I got a medium egg drop soup and asked for a bowl to share and was told "no". No fortune cookies. I won't be back. I placed my order and nearly 2hours later NO FOOD, I called and spoke to a woman who directed me to she said was Management , and was hung up on every time I tried, and I tried 6 tImes!!! I was charged for my food a large order for friends for a party, $ 178.45 never reciever any of it back and never got a call and when I went to the restaurant the next day the wanted to call the cops on me, while showing them my credit card statement!!! Absolutely zero stars....pork in fried rice was so small not even a teaspoon amount ...false advertising and false prices on website...zero quality zero value....this was the most blatant ripoff I have experienced yet...go ahead raise prices and give Absolutely no value and see how many customers you have...less is not more. read more

We are always looking for good Chinese food and we found this place on Christmas Eve and it was fantastic! It took a while to get our food but they were making it all fresh. The sauce was homemade on our lo mein and the broccoli in our beef and broccoli was super fresh and not soggy. The prices were amazing and the food was delicious. We will be back! read more

Just got off the phone with the owner of this restaurant, and let me just say that was a horrible experience!! The guy has no problem solving skills; whatsoever, and definitely doesn't Value your dollar!! He wants to dictate the conversation, gaslights you till -he gets frustrated, then hangs up on me!( I wasn't being rude even while he was clearly trying to avoid responsibility for his company website) (where I got his phone number to call in with concerns) when I refused to agree that he is not responsible for what HIS website, he says, " I don't want that web site anymore " he got VERY angry and dismissive of my inconvenience as well as the value of money, that I had already paid to his establishment! Do not eat here!!! There food was repulsive as was there customer service! Honestly the food was not that bad except for there stale fortune cookies, although I had a pretty bad time in the bathroom the next day. They didn't give me what I ordered, and on top of that were very rude when I told them they messed up my order. Very rude over the phone, they messed up my order, and on top of that told me it was my fault. Be warned never eat at this establishment if you could call it that. read more

I am so glad I did!!!! This place is TASTY! One of the best so far in BG. We've been looking for a place with good flavor. They also have huge portions for a great price. We like the Bourbon Chicken, low mien, chicken and garlic sauce. We also order the pepper steak. Although they make this wrong, it's still tasty. The restaurant itself is outdated, but it's clean and not cluttered. I actually find it quaint and hope they can afford to update it some day. read more

The staff was rude both on the phone and at the restaurant. We drove 25 minutes each way to pick up. When we got home our shrimp fried rice had not one shrimp. Not even a piece of shrimp. Our General Tso's chicken was actually orange chicken. When we called to tell them about the problem they were very rude. They actually asked us to "look real close" to see if there was shrimp in the fried rice. Again not one shrimp in 2 large containers. Would definitely not return. $80+ wasted. read more

Was reluctant to go after some of the negative reviews, but overall I'm glad I did! My roommate and I ordered the bourbon chicken meal for two and it was amazing. The rice was perfect, and both of the soups (it comes with two!) were very good. We got in an out in under 10 minutes, and the portions were enough to feed us for two days. All for $15! read more

I'm glad to see all the "customer service SUCKS" and "so rude" comments here and that it wasn't just me. And I echo the comments of Whoever takes the call in orders are so rude it almost makes me not want to go here anymore. I will add that they got my order wrong and when I called to tell them, the rudeness only cranked up. I should have know from the sign on the wall that they don't re do orders that you "order wrong" of course "you order wrong" I guess when they give you the wrong order. Insane. It also looks kind of dirty (dingy, dim light sort of hole in the wall). Its a shame too, when I ordered I told them I was a new customer, you think they would like to keep customers. I will NEVER order or go there again. I will tell any and all not to go there. It was a horrible experience. If they care that little and are that rude, my guess is that they will care very little about that ingredient that is a day or 2 expired. based on their attitude and rudeness to friendly customers, I guarantee they won't care. My wife and I were in the mood for something different so we stopped in to check it out. First impression - dirty little diner, but hey, we were here so we'll go for it. We ordered the bourbon chicken for two with fried rice and crab rangoon. This is my first review ever, but I felt so strong about this that I had to write. WORST FOOD EVER! Bourbon chicken - tasted like the chicken had freezer burn, was stuck in a microwave, and they put some gravy on it. Yes, gravy! There was no resemblance of any sort to bourbon! Tried to take a second bite, but felt ill attempting this. Fried rice - yellow rice, nothing added to it. Tasted like it was just put in a microwave. No flavor.....and definitely not fried! Crab rangoon - stale with a small amount of cream cheese......no crab of any sort to be found. I spoke with the owner about our experience and tried to explain to him that we did not care for our meal and was hoping to try something different. He was visibly upset with my complaint and stated over and over that people buy the bourbon chicken by "tens, twenties, and thirties." Not really sure what that means, but I guess it means people like it. He also pointed at a sign on the wall behind the register that stated "No refund. No exchanges." I guess my questions is....why would you have such a sign if people weren't requesting refunds and exchanges all the time? The owner did offer to "take my chicken in back and wash off the gravy." Can't tell you how disgusting that sounded. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? For the first time in my life, we left the entire order sitting on the table and left. We ordered the Kung pao chicken, sweet and sour chicken and crab ragoon. The cream cheese in the crab Rangoon tasted like it had gone bad. The Kung pao chicken was suppose to be spicy and was far from it. Also it should be called Kung pao veggies because according to their owner after I called the ratio is 75% veggies and 25% chicken. My husband and I order Chinese food often and have never seen such a small amount of chicken in a dish. All and all I'd say go to the china buffet next door. read more

New policy of charging for substituting vegetables. They will take vegetables out, but if you ask for more of the vegetables being left in, they charge more for that as well. When questioned, the very UNHELPFUL woman answering the phone said "that's the way it is." They just lost a long-term customer. read more
