We voiced our concern to the waitress, and her response was "have you never had it before?" to which we explained we had been there many times before and had gotten sushi and hibachi and had Ramen at other places many times. No one offered to make something different, an apology, or to maybe take that off of the check, because we did get one sushi roll that was great! They dropped our check off with the full amount and we left two full plates of food on our table. It was a disappointing experience and we will never be back. They often have a young lady and a young man with impeccable English which helps even out the others, but their other wait staff's English is perfectly fine also. The ambiance is probably slightly better than average for a Chinese buffet and I prefer it to a place like Panda Express, for sure. You should also be aware that some of the reviews here seem like paid negative reviews or just not from your average customer, as they don't gibe with Google reviews and seem oddly disproportionate. Before my own review, the Yelp average score for China Buffet was under a 2. I looked at the reviews and they don't add up when compared to Google reviews, which is a more reliable source anyway.
