On multiple visits, he stepped in and interrupted conversations I was having with staff, often in a dismissive and unhelpful way. It disrupted the interaction and made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. For example, I was asking about a hex key for my fridge handle. A staff member was explaining that the connection was worn out, and I was clarifying whether I could still get a key that fits the socket. At that point, Mr. Goldberg stepped in and said, "we're not doing repairs," which wasn't what I was asking. Similar interruptions have happened 2-3 times, so it doesn't feel like a one-off.

I will need to break the ice before I can clean my parking spot and front walk way. The guys at Goldbergs gave me advice on what i might need. When I arrived, they in fact did not have it in stock. Allegedly (and what seems like a convenient excuse) someone just came in and purchased the last of it. The manner this news was conveyed was that it was my problem not theirs. Sure, it can happen. Respectfully I asked for them to deliver it to me once it arrived and they said only for a hefty charge. I questioned that given the circumstances and a manager came flying in like a bat out of hell.
