Loti Contracting is an amazing team to work with! Cannot recommend enough!! They are professional and super communicative (super hard to find with contractors!). Were able to answer all my questions before we got started, and stayed in touch throughout the project (again, very hard to find among contractors lol). They were flexible and super understanding when I had unforeseen delays on my end, and still came through with extreme professionalism and attention to detail. They did a complete build out for my store and did not miss anything I asked for. Were able to get all the permits needed. And even added extra touches I didn't ask for but so appreciate! We remodeled a bathroom and bedroom that were so old and outdated, and looked for many contractors before deciding on Ronan and Loti Contracting. Five stars cannot express how happy we were with the experience - there should be more. From start to finish Ronan and his crew were skilled, professional, and their work is excellent. When we hit snags (which we expected in this older space) he was able to give us reasonable options. And we went with more detailed tiles and the tile work is exquisite. He transformed the bathroom from a place we hated to use into our own personal spa - we had to add a tub and plumbing to the space and he executed our vision perfectly. I cannot tell you how much we love this new space! In addition we updated a bedroom space and installed recessed lighting. Everything came out perfectly. And him and his crew were so professional and got the work done in a timely manner - honestly I could not say enough good things about the experience.
