The quote is laid out very professionally with multiple documents clearly taking me (the homeowner) through the process. We agreed on a fair price and started 3 weeks later. In addition to the pressure wash and stain to our home, we also needed several carpentry items done. Carlos' excellent carpenter did a top notch job replacing damaged siding and the difficult job of adding copper flashing caps to the many beams extruding from the house (post & beam). That come out beautifully. We recommend C.E.T. for any paint job. Carlos stopped by the worksite almost every day and was super easy to communicate any issues that came up.
