We could see coolant splattered across the pavement underneath, but could not for the life of us figure out where the leak was coming from. We placed a call to a roadside assistance service we subscribe to and asked them to find someone in the area to be dispatched to our location to assess the damage and make repairs onsite. We had no idea who they would send, but boy are we glad they found S&S. Wayne, the mechanic was quick to respond, diagnosed the cracker heater hose within two minutes and made us feel better by saying we would have had a hard time finding it ourselves. He was personable, courteous and very efficient. Unfortunately, he didn't have a replacement hose with him, but he called back to the shop and one was delivered to him immediately by the owner's wife. Their charges were very reasonable: for us, a minimum one-hour service call, minimal mileage fee and $2 for the heater hose. The peace of mind they provided by making us road-worthy again: Priceless.

They would come out when the techs were finished with the other customers then maybe they would have time to stop by on the way home to check our a/c. They worked on our refrigerator when they came back the second time to work on our a/c and it did not work. The tech mentioned it needing some other part and he would let his boss know and he would come back, I called back several times because I never heard back from them and I kept getting different stories. They kept telling me that they were going to request the additional work from the warranty company but that never happened . I ended up having to call someone else and I had to pay another deductible. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and un responsive
