    Burned styrofaom

The food is great and I would give this place five stars, but each time I have ordered, they have not properly lined the styrofoam to go container (I've ordered via DoorDash) and the food burns into the styrofoam. Definitely not healthy! I will never order here again. If the owner or manager reads this this, please respond to this review by promising to properly line your to go containers with wax paper or aluminum foil- if you do, I will change my review to five stars and order again. Otherwise, the one star review stands and I am not ordering again.

Best Chinese takeout in tampa 100%, I went there for the first time a month ago and while I rarely eat Chinese takeout any more because it's hard to find good places with great Sesame Chicken and Beef Lomein... this is the go-to spot for sure!

This restaurant is part of Foodsby for food delivery to my company so I decided to order from here. For $4.18 I got a wonton soup and 2 vegetable spring rolls. Soup was tasty, your typical wonton soup. Vegetable spring rolls were good. Good for the price and I'd definitely order again.

But we were able to get sat for a party of 2 in about 50 minutes, I believe the bar is first come first served so I'd recommend scouting out bar availability if you're quoted with a longer time than you'd prefer to wait. Ambiance is great, decor is on theme, and the music was solid, not overpowering and it didn't feel like conversations were competing with the music. We were able to hold conversation amongst ourselves and our waitress at normal volumes. Service was solid, food came fairly quickly for the most part, and there were only a couple of times where we needed to look for our server to get some additional request in. Food was amazing, I loved both the chicken and duck skewers. The edamame was okay, could have used a little more seasoning for me personally. The wagyu fried rice was nothing less than delicious. The yellow tail and jalapeño hand roll was good, but more of a taco since it wasn't rolled at all, the ingredients were more so just placed inside the sea weed. The Batanga Highball was probably the most refreshing cocktail I've had this year. Incredible experience over all, I will definitely be back, the next time I'm in town.

I was surprised how fast things came out the kitchen. Service was great because different waiters kept checking in on us. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, inventive, and flavorful. Service was beyond exceptional with our glasses never dipping less than half full. It was fun to watch the chef prepare our next course in front of us and I appreciated being able to ask questions and have everything explained as he went. One of the highlights for me was the caviar service (extra charge). We have never ordered caviar outright and were unsure of what we were in for but thought "Let's do it!" It was phenomenal. Light, briny, creamy and paired with panna cotta (I know, I know but trust me ) and potato churros (everyone needs these in their life). Another wow moment was the chutoro nigiri and the salmon nigiri...omg. I love cooked salmon but not normally raw salmon and so this was a complete surprise that I loved it. The chutoro, my fav tuna, has ruined me from enjoying it anywhere else. My hubs favorite bite of the night was the waygu beef sando (think grilled cheese w a piece of filet tucked inside) which was so much more that a fancy steak and cheese sandwich. Made with homemade milkbread and wrapped in a delicate Korean seaweed "wrap," he was asking for more for the rest of the meal! This experience was one for the books and highly recommended, however, be forewarned, it is super expensive. Everyone was super nice, I loved the vibe. Everything we tried was delicious. My favorites were the Uni, King Salmon, the little green crab dish, the squid soup, wagyua grilled cheese and the scallop. I loved the presentations. Some were very unique! My least favorite was the duck, I wished they had replaced that one with a seared wagyu dish, especially for the price we paid I was kind of expecting something like that. Also, was a bit disappointed we were not served tuna belly. I'm not a huge fan of tuna because there isn't much flavor. The desserts were good, but to have three as each course separately was a bit excessive. I would have rather had more seafood dishes or wagyu and one desert at the end. The wine I ordered was great and I wish I could remember the name of it. All in all this was a great experience and glad I tried it out however I think I had too high of expectations.

I'll let the picture speak for itself, but you need to come in and try it for yourself. The fish was fresh and each one was better than the other. I even loved the tamago (which they prepare in house) and I normally am not a fan of it. The only downside was that I sat at the chefs counter hoping to see someone cook or even chef Jada (huge Hell's Kitchen fan) but didn't see anyone except the wait staff. We started off with bread service, which I heard great things about. It was absolutely delicious - both the sourdough and the focaccia as well as the butter and oil. The only thing is $16 for 2 pieces of bread is pricey, I wish they provided more bread for that price. We also got the carpaccio which was fantastic. The meat was melty and I loved the black garlic. The capers gave it some saltiness while the gremolata gave it some freshness. Perfect balance of flavor. $44 was pricey but very good. The pastas were difficult because I wanted to try them all!! They were out of the truffle pasta so that wasn't an option. YUZU SPAGHETTI A LIMONE: this tasted like something I would get from Positano, Italy! The lemon was prominent throughout and there was a perfect portion of snow crabs which gave it that seafood flavor (although you can never have too much!!). The star was the chewiness of the noodles, the texture made it taste home-made. The yuzu wasn't as prominent so it definitely tasted more Italian than Asian. Absolutely delicious though! PAPPARDELLE: I was so surprised when I took my first bite because I understood the Asian-Italian fusion with this dish. When you think of pappardelle, you think of short rib with a red sauce and this had a hint of spicy Asian flavor and I absolutely loved it! I like heat so I really loved the extra kick it had. The balsamic gave it some sweetness and the fondue really balanced that heat. Highly recommend this dish! We will be back because I want to try the other pastas!! Definitely a hidden gem .
