I ended up selecting a Duralum cover that his company also offers, and I'm glad I did. It's just the look I was going for. I was also impressed with Adam's business model, which is built on quality and efficiency at a very reasonable price without cutting corners or sacrificing customer service. Now for the best part: A guy named Brody, his lead installer. In addition to being a super nice guy, his work is meticulous. The back of my home isn't linear, so there are bump-outs and protrusions, making the installation more difficult and time consuming. This wasn't the slightest challenge for Brody and his team. The finished product is snuggled tightly against my stucco and professionally sealed on the roof to prevent any water dripping through when it rains. I watched him work, measuring and cutting the aluminum to match my home so the fit and finish is far greater than I imagined. As you can tell from the photos, I still have work to do (concrete coating, fence repairs, etc.) to match the beauty of my new cover.

He was very quick to respond to my inquiries, needs and pricing after I sent (upon his request) photographs of the nine trees that needed attention. We agreed upon a very reasonable price, then set up a date and time for him and his crew to perform the work. My wife was home so she met the two gentleman that work with Reynaldo. They arrived at the designated timeframe and were very cordial and polite according to my wife. They quickly went to our backyard to prep for their trimming. Reynaldo arrived shortly afterwards but before I arrived home from work. Upon arrival I met him and his crew. All three were really cool and answered all of my questions regarding the types of services they do besides tree care and what they do not do. Learning as I go there is a difference between trimming and skimming your palms! New news to me and an extra charge apparently. BUT with Perez Tree Service the price was far more economical than others. They arrived on time for their estimate appointment, was able to book an appointment quickly for the work and the job done was great! They left the yard very clean and no debris in my pool. On the plus side, my neighbor was left stranded from another tree company on the same day that Perez Tree Service was at my property and they were kind of enough to go over and do the work for my neighbor. That speaks volumes to me. I will definitely use them in the future !
