I called with questions about operating my safe, and they took the time to successfully walk me through it. I'm not even their customer. Thank you. read more

My husband and I walked in here a few weeks ago and NO ONE acknowledged us. Yes they were both with clients but a simple "hey guys. Thanks for coming in... we will be with you shortly" would have kept us there. But we walked around their showroom with a mid size selection of safes. Most safes were labeled but we weren't sure what the labels quite meant. They had some small hand safes, mid size safes and larger safes-not a ton of stuff. After about 20 minutes of making small circles around their showroom we left. Their alarm system camera outside was the only thing that said hello to us. We went up the street to safe keeper that had a larger selection and better prices-we bought a giant safe and a smaller but still decent size quality jewelry safe from their competitors. read more

We had a fantastic experience at Nevada Safes. Every size safe you could want is on display in their showroom and at a price range for any size budget. The no pressure sales staff were very helpful and able to answer all of our questions. This store is a one stop shop for all your security safe needs. Delivery and set-up can be arranged at time of purchase and they were able to work around our schedule making the process very convenient. Nevada Safes is a locally owed company managed by people who are dedicated to getting you the best price on an excellent product. After researching numerous Safe Companies, I decided to use Nevada Safe. They have a great selection of safes to meet specific needs, and their facility is clean, well laid out and client friendly. Kellen assisted me in determining my exact safe usage needs which included size, fire and theft ratings, cost and placement location. Kellen was professional, friendly, had great communication skills and delivered excellent customer service. I purchased the perfect safe at a great price. Delivery and Safe setup was provided by Nevada Safe. Craig, Andy and Andrew provided this service expertly. They were respectful of our home and property, made sure that all precautions were taken to insure that no damage occurred to any walls, floors or furnishings and exhibited a positive attitude. Thank you Nevada Safes for a job well done. You set the standard for other companies to follow. read more

My 12-year-old gun safe was in need of service and a new digital keypad. I called Nevada Safes and an appointment was made for the following day. Glen arrived and completed the necessary work in a timely manner. He replaced the keypad with an upgraded item at a fair and reasonable price. I highly recommend Nevada Safes to anyone in need of service or any safe-related item. read more

I recently moved to Henderson, NV, and was looking for a larger gun safe. I looked around at a few places, jumped on Yelp, and found Nevada Safes, also saw that the owner is retired lease enforcement, and so am I. Drove down there a few days later, found parking right in front of the store, walked in, and was instantly greeted. Inside, they have safes,a lot of them, in all sizes. I found one I wanted, but didn't bring my checkbook. So I told them I'll be back the next day, checkbook in hand. Went back, walked in, looked around a little more, and changed my mind and got a Liberty Safe, that had all the features and the size I was looking for, at a very competitive price. Today, I had the same delivered. David Myer and his partner arrived, brought the safe in, placed it exactly where I wanted, wiped it down, walked me through the warranty, and helped my sweet my combination. They were in and out within 15 minutes! Truly a great company and great people, all the way around. Highly recommended! read more

I have done business with this company. I also sold my safe back to them. 109% recommend. Beat in town.

Where do I begin. The minute I walked in I was in awe of just how many safes they had to choose from. From small handgun safes to giant safes. The biggest selection I've ever seen. Amazing. The staff was not only friendly but very knowledgeable about matching me with my needs and wants. Truly a great experience. No high pressure sales whatsoever. I recommend this business to anyone in the market for a safe. read more

My review is a little overdue, but I just want to say thank you to Nevada Safes including David Myers and his team for removing a ridiculously old and heavy safe out of a small space out of my home without any damages to the walls or floors. Awesome selection of residential and commercial safes. Knowledge staff and the delivery team are very helpful and professional. I've always wanted to see a Graffunder in person and they are the only retailers within 500 miles! Would definitely recommend! I was shopping around for a larger safe and visited Nevada safes where they had a large selection to choose from. I spoke with Alex, who was very professional, informative and patiently answered all of my questions. He wrote up a couple of quotes and also asked me to visit the web site for further options. That evening I found a different safe in the on line selection, went in the following day and made my purchase. To top it off, they had just put the safe I was interested in on sale that morning so another bonus! Dave and Noell delivered the safe the following week and I certainly appreciated their professionalism and care. I did speak with Michael briefly on a call with another question and he also was informative and very professional. I would highly recommend Nevada Safes for your future first purchase or an upgrade as I did. read more

Bought a $4000 AmSec gun safe from them. At about a year, the electronic keypad began killing batteries in a day. Called them about it. They said to call the mfg. AmSec sent me a replacement keypad after 3 calls. The replacement is also dead out of the box. AmSec says to call the dealer and the dealer says call AmSec. 3 months later and Nevada Safe won't do anything other than offer a $129 service call to look at it. Customer service seems lacking. Going to buy another safe from another company. read more

I've used Nevada safes twice now for my move. I have a 1300 pound safe and they were able to move it from one house to the next very fast. Each mover takes their time and wraps the whole thing before working on it. I've got one more move ahead of me and I'll be calling them back. read more

Nevada Safes is the only place I would ever buy a gun safe in Nevada. The sales team know the business and recommended the best solution for our needs. Since we purchased our 1,000lb gun safe, they have moved it 3 times and they were able to get it exactly where we wanted it with no problems at all every time. The moving team is always on time, professional, experienced, and friendly. I honestly give them my highest recommendation!!! read more

I can definitely see why these guys are the top rated safe company in Vegas!! Mike was a true professional handling all the questions we had upon purchasing a new safe and moving an existing one we currently own. Dave and Alan both did a phenomenal job delivering both safes to our new residence. They took their time installing and leveling them exactly as planned. As a business owner, I appreciate how their entire staff are all detail oriented and work as a well oiled machine. Seriously... doing business with this company is easy and its enjoyable. I had already purchased a safe at tractor supply, but had no way of getting the 350 pound beast to my home. I called Nevada Safes and had a delivery set up within seconds. I have had the safe delivered and they did everything they said they would and more. They arrived at my home exactly on schedule and took care of every detail of the installation of my safe. "Monster" and Allan were so friendly and professional. I would do business with these people again in a heartbeat. They have an awesome inventory of safes and they have a transport/delivery service for safes purchased elsewhere. My review gives five stars because the program won't allow me to give 10 stars!!! Thank you guys!!! read more

Having recently moved to the area from across the country I had to leave my previous item behind. I looked locally at big box stores and despite decent prices, the products were too small and mass produced in China with lesser stats. I checked sporting goods stores which had better quality but MSRP all the way, plus delivery and installation were on you. Good old Google recommended Nevada Safes so I gave it a shot Looked at the website and gave them a call. I spoke with Robbie. He invited me to come into the store and get a hands-on look at the products I was considering. I wasn't able to get free during shop hours so he personally sent me pictures he took himself of the product I had narrowed it down to so I could get a better look. A miscommunication got me a lower quote than what it should have been (I added options). After talking to the manager Robbie said that as it was a mistake on his part, they would honor the price given. This was BEFORE he contacted me He realized what he did, resolved it in my favor, and all before even telling me there was an issue. NOTE: the product was priced significantly below MSRP already which I wasn't expecting from a local shop. I opted for delivery and install since I'm new to the area and currently am limited on friends with the backs for this type of thing. Yes, this was an additional charge, but even after that I was still under MSRP. They showed up with my product discreetly wrapped, had it installed exactly where I wanted it, took the time to level it perfectly (he was very picky that it should be perfectly level which was great) and installed it. Despite ensuring everything was perfect to the Nth degree, the crew (3 men) were still quick and very polite. The gentleman went through everything I needed to know, even the paperwork that came with it. I got a quality American made product for a great price and kept the money local. Now that this is home, that is very important to me. I'd rather help put food on my neighbor's table. And I didn't have to pay extra (or even MSRP) to do so. I will easily be recommending Nevada Safes to anyone that is in the market and I will be a return customer for sure. Andrew read more

Is you ever have a safe that's in need of repair, the staff at Nevada Safes are great! Initial contact by phone, they do have a service call fee to come to your home or business. Set an appointment, then the day before they called to give a smaller service window. Everything by phone went smoothly and the staff was very nice. The office even made sure to give me the manufacturer phone number to ensure whether or not the issue would be covered by warranty. The day of the service call, the crew arrived a few minutes early, and on the early side of the service window - perfect!!! The work was performed, a thorough testing and explanation was given. They even gave pointers on maintenance. I couldn't be happier, and would strongly recommend Nevada Safes! read more

I was moving back in October, and these guys moved my safe for me! Absolutely professional. Showed up when they said they would, great communication, and moved my safe safely and efficiently. Placed it right where I wanted it. The folks at the store were great in helping me schedule it, and the guys that moved it were also great. I lost the card with the names on it, wish I hadn't so I could do shout outs by name. I will definitely use them, and recommend them to anyone who needs a safe or safe related services. read more

David and his team did an awesome job delivering and installing our new safe. We had an awkward wall insert it was going into and they were able to get it installed quickly and without any damage. They were respectful of our home and the customer service was amazing. They made sure to show me how to work the safe, give me tips about it, and make sure I knew to register the warranty right away. Definitely the place to get full service from purchase to installation. read more

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. We paid $1105 for the safe to be moved professionally from Nevada to Indiana and Nevada Safes hired or out-sourced the job (which means to purchase (goods) or subcontract (services) from an outside company) to Estes Freight - and in the moving process they destroyed this $11,000 safe that has a better paint job then any race car out there. The safe also had sentimental value which is also destroyed. Below are pictures of before and after. I have spoken with the company and they have only offered a "sorry" ...after WE got a representative from Pendleton to assess the damage stating that the deep scratches were beyond repair. I spoke with Nevada Safes and they verbally stated that "they no longer work with Estes because of similar issues" and still denied their responsibility for the damaged safe. Bottom line is : I hired Nevada Safes to do the job and the "job" destroyed our safe. read more

I don't know much about this stuff, but came here with my husband because he was looking for a safe. We didn't want to be those people, but we walked in 45 minutes before they closed. At least it wasn't like 10 minutes before they closed, right? 5 minutes earlier, we were at The Safe Keeper, but the guy there didn't seem too thrilled about his job or about helping us. So we decided to stop here since it was in the same area. Marc was awesome! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and spent the entire time with us before they closed. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the different brands, configurations, add-ons, delivery, installation, etc. All of our questions were answered in detail and we were able to take a look at a lot of different safes. When we figure out which one we want, we will definitely come back here!! read more

Peter also, explained about the safe, other safes and any other questions that my husband or myself had. He was courteous, and friendly and extremely helpful.
