Great job from the sale to the follow through on the installation. John had plenty of patience when my kids and family were with me in finding the right safe for my needs. The original plan and measurements didn't work out - as I went home and remeasured. John made the right suggestion and upgraded me to the right safe. I'm very happy o took the advice of the salesman. Plenty to choose from but he listened and found the right product for my needs. After a little adjustment to the scheduled delivery which they accommodated to my schedule- came the install. Coral and David- very professional. Offered to wear booties and PPE gear if needed and the installation and bolt down was very nicely done. Clean work... and again a great input on the location of the install. After all- they are the pro's I would recommend Safekeeper and the sales staff. I'm very happy with my decision! read more

I ordered a Fort Knox Protector through their website site thinking I was getting a pretty good deal. Kirill, the sales manager later canceled my order and didn't honor their price online. He didn't attempt to make it right and pretty much told me tough luck. He didn't respond to my emails either asking for an explanation. I really wanted to do business with them, but not to thrilled with their customer service. I further asked Kirill if he can put me in contact with someone above him or the owner, Donald to see if they can work something with me and he didn't respond to that either. read more

John was fantastic. The moment we walked in the he greeted us and answered all of our questions. He never tried to over sell but really listened to our needs, budget, and made sure we could really grow into this safe. We went to the safe store down the street from us and we were really discouraged because no one even said hi to us so when we came to the safe keeper and met John we were so happy! We bought a safe for our garage and for a closet and we feel extremely confident with our decision! Thanks safe keeper and John for having such a respectable business!!!!!!!! read more

Thank you very much for the new safe / delivery was on time super discreet- its my second from you guys - thanks again

I have a five foot tall Brahma safe that was in the house when we bought it six years ago. I would estimate the safe's age at ten to fifteen years. I had the dial changed to a push button lock just after I bought the house about five years ago. The change was done by The Safe Keeper (Las Vegas) and I was very happy with the result. I had them out a few years later when I was having trouble with the locking bars, again a good result. Yesterday I was again having trouble this time with the "wheel" slipping on the shaft and not unlocking the safe. I called The Safe Keeper and discussed the problem but the person I spoke with could only suggest a battery change and when that didn't help, trying to push the door in simultaneously with turning the wheel. My door did not seem to have any slack and the door push didn't work. They were nice enough to refer me to a company that could "break into" the safe and after the door was opened whatever the problem was could be addressed. Last night I tried the opposite of pushing the door in, namely pulling the wheel out while trying to turn it after the unlock click; IT WORKED! With the door open I could wipe the rods with a cloth I sprayed with a little WD40 to both clean the rods and lightly lubricate them. With the door open I was able to easily lock and unlock the door; the rods moved easily. Today I called The Safe Keeper again and this time spoke with Kirill. He was beyond helpful. He explained what the problem probably was, how it could be handled, what I could do to relieve any excessive pressure between the door retaining wedges inside the safe (I didn't even know they existed) and the engaging locking rods on the door. He spent thirty minutes on the phone with me explaining the safe mechanism, the locking rods, the set screw etc. He even explained what I should do if I had another common problem come up. His suggestion of adjusting the retaining wedges worked like a charm. This safe has never operated this well since I've owned it. I can't say enough positive things about Kirill and the way he worked to fix my problem. These days you don't find many people who care enough to take that much time to help someone who wasn't even buying anything. Thank you Kirill. read more

Kirill and the whole team at The Safe Keeper were so professional, kind, patient, and fantastic. I got ahold of Kirill on FB and he answered all of my questions about different types of safes, how the delivery and installation process occurs, and the best recommendation for the type of safe I should get. It took less than 4 days to get the safe installed on my 2nd floor and the two gentleman that delivered/installed were so professional. They wore booties inside the house and made sure do carefully move around the house so they wouldn't damage anything. After the installation, they even taught me how to use the safe, and to mail in the registration card. They were very pleasant and I was astounded at how quickly they moved this 500 lb safe. Overall, the company as a whole has been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I needed an upgraded safe or to have the safe moved. Thank you Kirill and the Safe Keeper team, you guys/gals are doing God's work! read more

I went to the safe keeper yesterday to buy a Superior Master 25 on sale for 2985.00, however when I got there I was told it sold 2 months ago. They had a another similar however they jacked up the price almost 300 hundred dollars. In my opinion this is a bait and switch move, l say this because the safe is still for sale on there websites they never took the safe off they sold 2 months ago. This stinks because they have some great safes but how can I trust them now? read more

I purchased a safe from this company. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. The best thing I liked about this company was Absolutely no pressure to buy. I knew about what kind of safe I wanted and was not pressured into a bigger more expensive safe. once I decided on the Safe that I purchased it was delivered with great care and respect not only to my home but also to myself as the homeowner. they took time and placed it in the exact place where I wanted it and then showed me the features and helped me set the combination I have purchased safes before from other companies I've never had the five star quality that I got from this company. I would highly recommend this local store on Charleston to anyone who is looking to purchase a Safe you won't be disappointed!!!!!!! read more

I was in need of a very large safe to hold all our guns, ammunition and documents. They have a terrific variety of safes to meet anyone's needs and the prices are reasonable. They delivered the safe when they said they would. They took great care in all they do and the Safe works perfectly. I had it bolted to the floor and there were no issues. This is the second Safe I have purchased from them and I would not recommend anyone else. They are the best at what they do. read more

We had a tight little space and wanted a safe, they had a huge selection and one that fit PERFECTLY! The entire process from looking to delivery and set up was easy and quick. They worked with us on delivery day that fit our schedule and affordable installation and bolting down was an added bonus. The movers were great and respectful of our home and walked us through how to set the code. If you are looking for a quality safe, this is definitely the place to shop in Vegas. read more

We've been wanting to get a home safe for a while now, but all the ones we saw at the big box stores looked cheap and were either too small or too big. We decided to check out The Safe Keeper since their Yelp ratings and reviews were excellent, have an online website where I could browse their inventory and get more info, and offered a good selection of home safes as well as safes of all sizes for other things. We drove to their Charleston store (they have two) and parked right in front in their large private lot. David greeted us right away when we entered...he was professional, very informative, super friendly, and helped us pick out a great safe! He explained the pluses and minuses of home safes, what we should look for and the special features that make some brands and stores inventories better than others, like electronic locks, fire rating and heavier gauge steel. Luckily we shopped when we did because they had a small selection of solid Browning home safes on sale. We settled on a 30" home safe for $500+ off..awesome deal (David actually did a double take when he saw the sale price because it wasn't that low yesterday)! He also mentioned they cover the safe and deliver it in an unmarked truck for a reasonable fee (considering the safe weighs about 300 pounds) and will provide the bolt kit and install it for free with an online review (sounds like an even better deal!). We are really looking forward to our new home safe...thank you, David and The Safe Keeper! read more

Vid Z was great! Answered all our questions & provided top notch customer service. We recommend The Safe Keeper very highly

When we saw their sidewalk sale we knew we had to stop by. After haggling with each other over size, style, color, and price we chose a safe. The employees were very patient and knowledgeable during the process. They were not pushy or overbearing. A safe is a big deal. Something to protect your belongings and something that is going to be part of the family. We were there over an hour, left, came back after discussions over lunch, then we made our purchase. Since then we have called The Safe Keeper to move the safe and charging a fee of 300$ is nothing to complain about when they can do it hassle free. The entire moving process was so easy-trust me, I watched my bf and his buddies try to move the safe a few inches without any success. So go see what inventory The Safe Keeper has that may suit your needs. I say EVERY house needs a safe of some kind or another. read more

I purchased a used safe on Craigslist. Not just any safe mind you. Oh no, I HAD to have the super high security 4000 lb bank safe ... especially at the dirt cheap price it was listed. Let me say that again - FOUR THOUSAND POUNDS. Two tons. About the same as a Toyota Highlander. 5 feet tall, 4 feet wide, and about 35 inches deep. I spent several days calling around to places to get it moved. No one wanted to touch this thing. Then I called The Safe Keeper. Don (the owner) agreed to do it for $800. More than I wanted to spend, because I'm a cheapskate. I finally agreed since no one else would take the job. I'M GLAD I DID!! Don and 3 of his guys picked it up from a warehouse near the strip, moved it to my home in Centennial. They used two pallet jacks, an assortment of wood blocks and chocks, and floor coverings. Four turns and one 36 inch wide doorway later, they had it placed EXACTLY where I wanted it. No scuffed walls. No indentations in the linoleum. No damage to persons or property whatsoever. Not a lot impresses me. (See my other reviews.) But these guys did. Folks, the whole crew were professional safe movers who worked seamlessly together. FIVE STARS. ALL THE WAY. CALL THEM WHEN YOU NEED A SAFE MOVED. read more

Let me start by saying they total ROCK the safe moving world. I just made an appointment for them to move my safes again. I would not trust anyone else with my pride and joys. My main safe is around 3000 lbs empty. It takes true professionals that know what they are doing to move this mammoth. The crew is always on time. Very careful with what they are doing. And the price is more then fair. So if your serious about your belongings and want a REAL company to handle everything call the safe keepers. If your concerned about your neighbors seeing your stuff. Use common sense and provide them with a cover. They can't help but park in the middle of the street to load and unload. If you don't have a safe to move. Head over to the store and pick one out. Prices are great. Quality is top notch and they wrap your new safe up like a big box of paper towels to bring it home. Stay healthy and stay SAFE! read more
