I did not hire this company, they were hired by the HOA. The company sent a locksmith to my home…read morebased on bad notes they took on a work order. A locksmith was attempting to change or "check" my front door locks and we happened to catch it on camera and stop him. I had to leave work and miss out on money for this, as well as being given quite the scare. After police were involved, it was noted that the notes on the locksmiths work order said to check all locks at my address. It should have said check the neighborhood gate locks NEAR my address. The company refused to let me speak to a supervisor and refused to show me the work order. I called back today and was hung up on by Julie when I asked her how she'd feel had that happened to her. No apologies, no assistance. All I wanted was to know this wouldn't happen again, and was basically told to get lost despite having sent video evidence of this incident. Beware of this company as they take no accountability for their mistake that cost me a days work and scared the daylights out of my family.

Then we realized we have used them before to install a safe when we first moved to Las Vegas. There were quite a few employees at the store and they were all very professional and helpful. They also seemed really knowledgeable about locks and keys. Since they didn't have a similar key, they got someone from the back to help pick the lock. It took a little bit of work and it was opened. I was charged $20 which I thought was really reasonable and affordable. I initially started a project on Yelp and the quotes came in much higher. I highly recommend American Lock & Key. They seem to have the skills and talents to work on any lock and key issues.

Mike at Winged Key Lock & Safe is the kind of person you're really glad you found when you need a…read morelocksmith. I first used him about a year ago when I lost my car key. He went out of his way to help me get the car started at the dealership, and I remembered that. Recently I had an issue at my business with a commercial mortise that broke. It's not a cheap part, and he replaced it for $800. But what stood out most was how much time he put into figuring out the real problem. He came out three different times to diagnose it, on his own time, without nickel and diming me. It turned out the door had bigger issues from the original install. It was missing parts, which was causing it not to latch correctly. After some back and forth, Mike came back out again, replaced the missing parts for free, and made sure the door was working perfectly. That says a lot. Mike clearly cares about his work, his customers, and his reputation. I'm really glad I met him, and I'd recommend Winged Key Lock & Safe to anyone who wants someone honest and dependable.

One company gave me a quote over the phone, another just didn't bother responding to me even after several attempts. Safe and secure responded to me the next day and set me up with appointment for someone to come out and survey my house to see what I needed and how they could make it work. Everything was good and we set a date for install. As we all know life happens and some adjustment needed to be made. I called John and he was able to accommodate a change in my install date. Overall very satisfied with the system that I have installed, it is top of the line, quality and best of all there's no excessive holes in the walls because I didn't do it, haha. They are very professional and will help you out. Highly recommend!
