I never write negative reviews and always always give people a few chances before I do. Sorry, This will be a long post. I had first used this company a few months ago.. scheduled in advance. Gemma, who is responsible for Fairfield area came to my house and gave me an estimate. Four cleaning ladies came to clean my 4 bdrm, 2.5 bath house and spent approx 4 hours to clean as I had paid for a deep clean. I thought my house will be spotless but they did a mediocre job. Baseboards were dirty, floors were not properly mopped, window sills had dirt and hair on it, furniture not dusted, hair stuck on the carpet. I thought maybe I caught them on a bad day even though it was early morning. I needed a deep clean again before house staging as I was selling my house. I contacted Gemma and a few other cleaning companies the day of cleaning around 8am and asked if they have any availability. I was able to get same day cleaning from 2 cleaning companies including Gemma who was able to squeeze me in for 2pm the same day. I decided to go with Gemma since I was nervous to get someone new to come clean my house. I thanked her many times for squeezing me in last minute but I called and asked her since the cleaning ladies are coming in at 2pm, they won't rush the clean and actually deep clean my house and windows and she assured me. I was severely disappointed with the work and had to clean after them and stage the house at the same time for house showing the next day. I could not believe that I paid so much for deep cleaning and window cleaning to not even get a proper regular clean, forget "deep clean". And note, that the house was completely empty (all counters, furniture top, no clutter) because if staging. I contacted Gemma couple days later when I had the chance to express my disappointment. Here is the message I sent her with the details: "Hi Gemma! Using WhatsApp because it's a long msg. While I really appreciate you squeezed me in for a deep clean on Friday, I am sorry to say that it wasn't a deep clean at all. 1 maid came at 1.30pm and 2 maids came after 3pm and were ready to leave by 4.10pm. They didn't clean the windows upstairs despite me reminding them to do it. They rushed the entire clean. The baseboards were so dirty and so much hair left on the carpet. Doors were so dirty.. they didn't wipe them down. They didn't even dust furniture. I had to spend so much time recleaning everything. Vacuuming on the downstairs wood floor wasn't done properly. I had to vacuum the whole house because we kept seeing stuff on the floor. They didn't even bother lifting the rug from the sides to get dust and other debris from under. All window sills were dusty and had hair on them. Susie was nice and friendly and since she was easy to talk to.. I told her to clean the garage door and wipe windows downstairs and she did. Other maids started arguing with her and didn't want to do more work. They literally did the bare minimum and left. I understand it was last minute booking but that doesn't mean I don't get proper cleaning for the full money that I paid for deep cleaning. It was more like regular cleaning.. no way it was deep cleaning. I was so stressed with the moving and extra cleaning made me more stress. I wanted to reach out to you first before I posted any reviews online. I am very very disappointed. Even the first time cleaner a few months ago.. did a mediocre job, I thought to myself that I will give this company another try before posting a review. Sorry for the long message. I don't mean to be rude. I am just very very disappointed. It was a waste of money for me that added more stress during my move." She did nothing about it and has been ignoring my messages (I can see she reads my messages because of the blue ticks on WhatsApp). Went to the website, made a request and got a contractor within 24hrs! We talked, made a cleaning appt, agreed to service fee & scheduled the job! The representative from Nevada Cleaning Services(Jessica) helped facilitate it all! On 3/2/21, the cleaning contractors showed and I told them my cleaning needs. In about 2hrs, everything was sparkling clean! They cleaned up behind themselves and did a great job! Safety (Covid-19) cognisant and wearing facemask! I recently used this company to clean my house after moving out. The cleaning was fine, but they threw away a couple things that I did not appreciate. I had the drop in trays in the kitchen sink as shown in the pictures and they threw them away. They also threw away an organizer inside the medicine cabinet. The organizer was clearly "part" of the medicine cabinet. It came as a set from Costco. Same with the sink. I just don't understand how these items could be seen as garbage. Jemma did not return my phone call to tell me my items were thrown away either. I had to reach out to her again. The sink items are $75 to replace. (Seems expensive for plastic, but that's all I could find). I will be using a more professional company who communicates better with the people who hire them. read more

This was the worst service I'm to embarrassed to say I had my house deep cleaned I said to clean my kitchen and two bathrooms and my kitchen wasn't touch. I schedule cleaning for a move out ! My house was empty no furniture nothing on counters. Im so pissed off I got ripped off of 200 and they want 20 dollars more for 12 minutes over their time. I had to vacuum two of my rooms and bathrooms were not clean of the dust shower doors still dirty. They stole my clorox cleaning supplies. Don't use them they're a RIP OFF I will be posting pictures. On January 02, 2022, I met with Jessica, the owner to do a walk through of my condo. After the walk through I asked Jessica for an estimate? Jessica looked in certain about the estimate price. I hired them to come on a Saturday morning. Originally when I scheduled a cleaning the lady wanted to come at 8 am but asked if they could do 9 am instead. They said yes they would be there at 9am. They came at 8 am on the scheduled day. I asked if they could pls come back in an hour as I was still organizing things around the house and my scheduled time was for 9 am. The cleaners said they would go grab breakfast and come back at 9. I get a text at 8:30 am from the manager or owner who said they were going to another job. I sent her a screenshot of our scheduled time and she said I'll have someone come between 10-11 am and I said ok. Waited until 11:15 am and no one showed up. I text the lady again and she said we have too many jobs so no one is coming. She tried to blame it on the computer for computing the time however I made the appointment with her via messenger. She said I owe u a free house cleaning and I said ok. Attempted to set something up and never heard from her again. They were very unreliable and shady. Do not use this company! I am very disappointed with my first time ever getting my home professionally cleaned. I have to admit I shopped around a lot and decided to go with this company based on the very prompt response. Great interaction via Yelp and text. The cleaners were early and ready to work as I got ready to leave out I proceeded to ask how long and they didn't understand me. They had to call someone to translate. I was advised from 9am-1 or 2. So my children and I left. By 3-3:30 I was advised the 3 women were done. Upon arriving home they were on such a rush to leave. They looked tired and I get it I assumed they did some hard work since I paid for deep cleaning. It looked good when I came in and didn't smell like much chemicals. Everyone's beds were made and floors were vacuumed it appeared complete. My baseboards in both bathrooms had not been touched or the sides of the tub. They didn't clean two of the window sills. Didn't clean the refrigerator outside or inside . Didn't wipe down all appliances in kitchen. Didn't dust in the master bedroom. I was not happy so I sent pictures to the person via text Gemma. I noticed my oven was very clean! But then discovered the top of my stove had discoloration from a chemical they used. She replied promptly and stated she would have someone come out 6 days later to get information on the model of the stove to get that part replaced. I informed her how unhappy I was and that for $400 and additional for a tip that they could've done a lot better. I showed her pictures of what was not completed and she said that on the following Tuesday when they come out they can do the house over for a discount. I politely declined any further payment .. forward to them coming back I had to cancel because it was the day my kids return to school and I was too busy. I ended up rescheduling and made arrangements. The day before I was messaged asking if they can change the morning appt time to a afternoon. I declined. They arrived on time and with someone who could speak fluently to me. She asked what needed to be done after I had already sent in pics and had this discussion.. she instructed the male and female to clean fridge so they get started . She proceeds to have a white rag and comes toward me asking about the bathroom I show her all baseboards in both bathrooms and she has no cleaning supply just a wash cloth and wipes them down then goes in other bathroom and wipes them down rinses the rag and wipes the side of the tub. I left at this point to pick a child up and they were done in 45 minutes if that she text they were done and locked the door and left I come home and the best thing I can say is they wiped the entire fridge out and wiped every item down. The outside didn't look wiped down. She text me she will let me know about the stove part that needs replacing. To be honest there was grass from traffic in and outside walking by the front door they could've vacuumed it.
