She made the oven look brand new, and our landlord specifically noted how clean it was during our walkthrough. Our shower doors have tough hard water buildup, but she worked hard on them and made them look significantly better, along with a spotless shower stall and clean window tracks. She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional.

They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. She accommodates schedules when possible and even checked up on a pet for me for a very reasonable rate during a vacation. Erin's rates are neither cheap nor expensive.
