She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional.

They had a two technician team come, and I wasn't home, I gave them the door code and they came on time, spent 4-5 hours deep cleaning the house and locked up when they completed! Two person arrived for the initially clean, they were able to clean 90% of the house with the exception in the allotted time but they couldnt finish the job. Valley clean reached out and i mentioned that while things are generally clean, the vent hood and shower door could use a bit more work, but overall i'm satisfied and it's a 7/10. They then said they could send someone out to clean the vent hood and shower door again at no charge! Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised at the interaction since I had already paid. They just earned me as a return customer. I will definitely use them again!

Erin has been cleaning my home for a couple of years now. She is extremely professional, communicative, and takes the time to do some of the little things that larger service providers won't do. Early on during the initial months of service she noted things she could do outside the norm to fulfill our agreement when her time wasn't being taxed (I am apparently not as messy as I thought I was). It was that level of honesty and pride in ones work ethic that sealed the deal for me. She accommodates schedules when possible and even checked up on a pet for me for a very reasonable rate during a vacation. Erin's rates are neither cheap nor expensive. What you get is excellent service for your money at a fair market rate. If you are the kind of person who works hard, plays hard, and doesn't look forward to weekly housecleaning...you should set up an appointment and give her a shot.
