She also refuses to let her housekeepers clean based on the homeowner's requests; they are only allowed to stick to a very basic light cleaning for the price. If I need anything not on Kanika's list, she will charge you an extra $100 even if it takes the same amount of time as any other items. I stayed a monthly customer for 2 years because of Rosa (not Kanika) and then when Rosa was on vacation and Kanika was covering for her, Kanika no-showed for my cleaning 2 times in a row! Then she tells me by text, at the last minute, she is no longer able to service my house anymore. No reason and no apology or offer to refer me elsewhere. Unprofessional.

She was professional and courteous in her communication throughout the process. When she arrived, my apartment was a disaster because of the mess from movers, etc, not to mention the state of my stove and refrigerator - after they finished cleaning, she went through every aspect of what she did and pointed out any areas where she wasn't sure what I wanted to have happen or if there were any trouble spots and explained why she and her team did what they did. She even managed to get the the baked on crud off of my glass stovetop which I thought was there forever. I had left some stuff in cabinets, etc., and she and her team organized it and put it aside for me so I would be able to load it in my car easily. Even though it was much more work than I think she initially anticipated, she stayed true to her quote. I ended up giving her and her team extra because of how great they did - If I get my deposit back, it will be because of how great she and her team did. Oh, and on top of everything, she's just a pleasant person. I can wholeheartedly recommend Sendy and her team! I'm already thinking of having her help out my parents with cleaning their home!

There was no evidence of trash from the cleaning (they don't take the trash (it should be there in trash bag). Maybe they messed up the order and thought it was something other than a deep cleaning. The surfaces were still dirty! I wiped with a tissue and found debris. Floors were dirty. We showed them a video too early before checking everything and they only gave a small percentage off, however realize it seemed like they didn't touch the place, I just lost ~$300 I have used them and referred them and just disappointed I think I should've had a redo or full refund because it really could have been a one time mistake or a certain staff member who is not like the rest. I would just make sure to do a full run through before accepting the task as finished.

However the last few time have really been disappointing. We recently had a move in cleaning where drawers and basically everything is done in slightly more detail. We paid $340 for a job very very poorly done. I keep uncovering drawers that were not wiped down and were forgotten. I do not understand why they can charge so much for a specific type of cleaning but forget everything. I will say she reached out saying she would send someone out to come but she sent the same Person who we overall were really not happy with and found unsanitary. I'm posting this honestly just to give honest feedback to the owner. Hoping they turn things around and pay a little more attention to detail as $340 in a span of a few hours is a lot of money.
