My partner and I hired Jen to help us substantially with our move-out cleaning, and she was a godsend! After contacting some of the larger cleaning companies and receiving astronomical quotes/pricing estimates, we found Jen's Yelp page and decided to message her. We reached out to her only a couple days in advance, and she was quick to respond and very pleasant and easy to communicate with. We primarily needed help with the kitchen and the bathroom, and when she was finished, they looked pristine - I'm quite certain they were significantly cleaner than when we first moved in to the apartment! We'll have to get some tips/cleaner recommendations from her, because I was never able to get the bathroom as clean as she made it. Jen's attention to detail in the kitchen was fantastic - she thoroughly cleaned all the cupboards, the stove, the painted brick backsplash, sink, countertops, and the fridge. I don't know how she got in all the little crevasses inside the fridge, but she cleaned it very quickly and it was spotless. Needless to say, we couldn't have moved out in time without Jen's help. As someone with chronic neck and back problems, I can't stress enough how grateful my partner and I were for Jen's help. She was kind, accommodating, and had a great attitude. If you need help with any type of cleaning, contact Jen and don't waste your time with those bigger cleaning companies that want to charge you absurd amounts while they presumably pay their cleaning staff a small fraction of the money. Can't recommend her highly enough! She was super responsive and gave us a very reasonable quote. She was easy to schedule with. She got to our house right on time and took the time to ask questions about exactly what we wanted. She was super friendly and easy to talk to. In the end, our house has never looked better. Seriously. We've had other people clean our house and there were certain things on the tile and in the sinks that I thought were permanent. What can I say? Perfection. Jen discussed my priorities with me. She addressed those first, while still prepping for those things that she wanted to address in cleaning my apartment. I felt that the best thing to do was to let her do her thing, and I am glad I did. The place looks great! Everything she touched is perfect. The things she did not touch, well... I had more things needed done than the time allocated allowed, and that's fine. I know that when all is said and done, my home will be immaculate due to her efforts. I will be a repeat and perpetual client of hers. No detail is to small for her, and I was amazed that she herself honestly enjoyed the positive changes she made.
