I love good mexican food and found a great place in Anderson so I thought I would try another local…read moremexican food location. The food was obviously made to suit people with no tolerance for spice and who have never had good mexican food. The salsa was basically tomato sauce with an indinquishable amount of spice added; it was bland and watery. The breakfast burrito had cold cheese and was covered in more of the tasteless sauce. The staff were very nice and attentive and the decor was clean and colorful. If I was going somewhere just for a cold beer, this would be fine but if I was hungry no. My wife has street tacos that were bland and dry. Just be clear, the staff was great, my only problem was with the food.

ZERO STARS! Middle Town Property Management is hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with…read moreacross 5 different states that I have lived in. They couldn't even provide livable conditions -- I froze through the winter while my maintenance requests sat ignored or were marked "completed" or cancelled without a single thing being fixed. They repeatedly entered my apartment without proper notice, which is not only unprofessional but a blatant violation of the lease and my rights. On top of that, they love to nickel-and-dime tenants with absurd "violations" and mystery fees whenever they think they can get away with it. It's clear their entire business model is built on exploitation and cutting corners. I wouldn't recommend this company's properties to anyone -- not a friend, not a stranger, not even someone I dislike. Renting from them is a guaranteed nightmare, and Middle Town's reputation in Muncie as a bottom-of-the-barrel landlord is 100% earned. And then, in a truly laughable twist, they tried to bill me nearly $800 in bogus move-out charges for damages that were either pre-existing (and photographed when I moved in) or the direct result of their own neglect. The audacity would almost be impressive if it weren't so shameless. Renting from them is a guaranteed nightmare, and Middle Town's reputation in Muncie as a bottom-of-the-barrel landlord is 100% earned. I would not recommend Middle Town Property Management to my worst enemy, let alone a friend. Their reputation in Muncie is already notorious, and they continue to prove why. Consider this your warning: renting from them is a guaranteed lesson in frustration, dishonesty, and disregard for basic human decency.

Also, we had to pay quarters for laundry machines after having to go down and outside to access the laundry room. No other bill is included in rent except for trash pick up. Lastly, they never assisted with the broken mailbox that we had, leaving the nice mailman to have to bring our letters constantly. Thankful.

She forced me out of a place I was in for about 5 years over an exterminator. I had my own exterminator that they gave me permission to use then changed their mind after I've been using my own exterminator for about half a year and they wanted me to start using their exterminator and pay for it after I had already spent several hundred dollars already and they charge more then a real exterminator. After I moved because my lease was expired I had paid rent for that month and all but I went ahead and moved out half way through the month I called Tisha and told her I left the key in the place and that I wanted my deposit back. She claimed she'd never received a phone call or anything and she charged me for the following months rent even after I told her I have witnesses and everything that I was not living there and she never removed at that charge. There's been 400 or so dollars bill on my credit because of her lies. That's fraud. They have since turned into

Tisha (I think that's how you spell it) has always been kind to me when I spoken with her, no issues at all, she is very kind and understanding. (AKA BSU Cribs and are now Campus Rentals) absolutely horrible company to rent through. They seem…read moreall nice and great until you sign the lease then they couldn't give a rat's a** about you. When I moved in, our apartment was absolutely disgusting. There was mold everywhere, dog hair everywhere (not even supposed to have animals in this location), cigarette burns in the carpet, and the paint that covered up holes in the wall didn't even match the other paint. My mom and I had to scrub the entire apartment ourselves after they told us that they would send a cleaning crew out that didn't even do anything. On top of that, while renting through them, I have sent multiple maintenance requests and most of them were not taken care of. When they scheduled showings of the apartment to future clients/leasers, the leasing agent who contacted us (Haley) was extremely rude and only ever contacted us late at night and would schedule the viewings early in the morning so we would wake up and there would be people in our apartment. When we would politely ask if she could move the time to a little bit later in the day she would reply with a very rude message about us not having any say in anything and basically that we don't matter. Overall, this company is absolutely horrendous and you should not rent through them ever in your life. I wish I didn't have to give them just one star because they truly deserve 0 stars. Update: when I moved out, I cleaned the place and made it SPOTLESS so I could get my deposit back. They instead kept my deposit for "cleaning charges" and because "the condition of the apartment was not as it was when I moved in" which is a load of crap. They then tried to charge me an extra $200 for other "cleaning expenses" which I had to battle to get taken off my bill. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK AND THEY ARE AWFUL

They have always been reachable, they did their best to attend to maintenance issues in a timely manner (without trying to blame every maintenance issue that comes up, on the tenants). They have also been extremely helpful/ reasonable during our recent move out experience. The owners decided to sell the property and Asset Management somehow found a balance between advocating for the owners and advocating for the tenants, in an effort to keep the process as fair as possible. They gave us the time we needed to get things in order (so we could get our deposit back). They didn't try to nickle and dime us about the whole process either, (like most landlords do)... Instead of trying to find ways to keep our deposit, they've been trying to help us make sure it is refunded to us. It's nice to have a landlord who is more concerned with being fair and reasonable than they are about profit. Based on their ability to balance the interests of the clients and the interess of their tenants... as well as the general fairness and decency of the people who own this business... They deserve 5 stars. Truly.

Property manager told the judicial officer that there was trash and items left in the apartment. That is not true. These people are crooks who are guilty of fraud. Seems like no one cares though. Even the Madison County Judicial System seems to turn a blind eye to Morgan Property's fraudulent conduct.
