By the time I was able to start my updates, Josh wasn't available. Josh texted & highly recommended Bobby Reeder. This act demonstrated valorous leadership capabilities in my world. They do it without any drama in excuses. No return fixes were necessary. I was happy with first visit…read more Then two weeks later I tried scheduling a 2nd visit and they abruptly stop texting with me when tried to confirm they cost they quoted me for that was the same. Then a few days later they abruptly contacted me as if they'd not stopped nor there was any delay. They agreed to the previously quoted cost. I figured I'd give them a chance and scheduled a day late in the afternoon per their request. I had to take time off work to be at home that day. I texted them when I got home and they said ok. Just over an hour later they did not want to come out at all and wanted to schedule me for the next day. I told them no, I had to make up time at work and I was busy that weekend. They never contacted me back.
