She forced me out of a place I was in for about 5 years over an exterminator. I had my own exterminator that they gave me permission to use then changed their mind after I've been using my own exterminator for about half a year and they wanted me to start using their exterminator and pay for it after I had already spent several hundred dollars already and they charge more then a real exterminator. After I moved because my lease was expired I had paid rent for that month and all but I went ahead and moved out half way through the month I called Tisha and told her I left the key in the place and that I wanted my deposit back. She claimed she'd never received a phone call or anything and she charged me for the following months rent even after I told her I have witnesses and everything that I was not living there and she never removed at that charge. I haven't had an issue since. If we were ever late on rent I called them and explained and they worked with me every time. I'm very grateful for the opportunity they gave us. Maintenance was a little slow, they could improve the times a bit more, but all in all I have no problem with them. Tisha (I think that's how you spell it) has always been kind to me when I spoken with her, no issues at all, she is very kind and understanding. [And before anyone makes accusations saying I'm a employee of CPC or a family member of any sorts, or a person being bribed etc etc....I am not. I'm just giving my opinion, and what I think. Terrible customer service from their front desk person all the way to the owner of the business…read more Our new water heater failed and started leaking. The water heater was under warranty was the good news, however the labor to reinstall the new water heater isn't covered. The front desk person told me that they (Enterprise) have nothing to do concerning the warranty of the water heater, that comes from the manufacturer. So how could we (Enterprise) expect the labor to be covered as well. Hmm, if your product fails that you sell, why would the customer be expected to pay for the installation again....? On top of all of that, the invoice that was emailed to me stated it took 3 hours to install, the installer was at my house for a little over an hour. So either the installer lied about his time or the owner is knowingly padding his invoices. Either way, the owner told us to take our business elsewhere.

Had a plumber out from this company two weeks ago for a plugged toilet that hasn't been flushing…read morewell. He said he "fixed" it by snaking the toilet. Yesterday, the carpet was soaked. The walls are wet. The toilet overflowed. We now have to replace the flooring and walls on one side of the house. It's level 2 or 3 contamination. I called for emergency service, and the phone person was rude and gave no date or time. Let's just say we went with a different company for the cleanup and repairs. Within minutes of the new plumber from a different company looking at the toilet, he said we should have replaced the toilet due to calcium buildup, age, etc.
