She forced me out of a place I was in for about 5 years over an exterminator. I had my own exterminator that they gave me permission to use then changed their mind after I've been using my own exterminator for about half a year and they wanted me to start using their exterminator and pay for it after I had already spent several hundred dollars already and they charge more then a real exterminator. After I moved because my lease was expired I had paid rent for that month and all but I went ahead and moved out half way through the month I called Tisha and told her I left the key in the place and that I wanted my deposit back. She claimed she'd never received a phone call or anything and she charged me for the following months rent even after I told her I have witnesses and everything that I was not living there and she never removed at that charge. Cant say that they are the best, or the worst, but what I do know is, they were very kind and helpful to me and my wife, we've been with them for 3 years now, had a couple issues, they've been taken care of to the best of their ability since then, but I do believe that was the old employees and staff, the new staff there now is amazing. I haven't had an issue since. If we were ever late on rent I called them and explained and they worked with me every time. I'm very grateful for the opportunity they gave us. Maintenance was a little slow, they could improve the times a bit more, but all in all I have no problem with them. Tisha (I think that's how you spell it) has always been kind to me when I spoken with her, no issues at all, she is very kind and understanding. This has to be the worst ever. I had to break the lease. The pictures they show online are VERY very old. The property managers are VERY shady. When you sign the contract they tell you you 10 days to list everything that is wrong with the place. If you don't do that they make up charges for the work the place needs and send you the bill. They send their employees to spy on you. They don't respond to maintenance requests so they can charge you later. I moved out 2 months early, left my rent deposit and pet deposit which added up to almost 2k. After they deducted that I was sent a 5k bill for everything from light bulbs to nail holes ( I never put up anything on the walls. It was there when I moved in.) One of the property managers name is Taisha Carter. She's shady AF!!! The only reason I rented from them was because of the pandemic. I currently rent from CPC, so far I have minimumal issues. My only issue was the wait time for maintenance to come fix a small electrical fire for the dryer. I was terrified (as I have kids in the home) so the wait seemed like forever. But the staff is always understanding. When I was late on my rent due to car issues needing resolved they were completely understanding. Its easy to get ahold of them via email/text/phone. So 4.4/5 stars from me, a happy tenant. read more

I have been a rental client with CPC for almost 2 years now in the same home, and I am absolutely pleased with staff and maintenance. This company is ran by rude unprofessional people. Their customer service is horrid to have to deal with. They have lied and withheld information about my OWN payment history, trying to get more money out of me. When approached at their office, my boyfriend got cursed out and a door slammed in his face. Just today I was put on hold for 20 minutes for asking what materials I need to bring for our appointment, just to have the property owner who put me on hold ask me what she was supposed to be looking for, and then put me on hold again and still have no solid answer for me. My experience with this company has been horrid to say the least. I originally came upon their listing for a rental property on Zillow and was impressed by the new updates the home had to offer so I immediately called to schedule a showing, when calling to make an appointment to view the home I was put off from the beginning due to being asked for my phone number 6 times, but I was still interested in the home because of the photos I saw online so I processed in making the appointment. I arrived at the home 10 minutes prior to our scheduled time and within 5 minutes another car pulled up and asked if I was there to show them the home. It was at this point I realized they had double booked me for a showing and I am assuming this was done in an attempt to drum up the price of the rental and make us compete for a home. At 5 minutes past my appointment time, when I had not heard from them, I called and spoke to John to see why no one had arrived at the home yet and to find out the reason for the double booking, I was told in an unapologetic and non-caring way that it was common practice and "more convenient" for them and given no reason for the women's tardiness, I interpreted this as their time is more important than mine. I waited an additional 15 minutes and called again, making it 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time and was now told that she had been here at our scheduled time but no one was there, this was a lie, I know this because I was 10 minutes early and the only other people to even drive by the home where the other people who came to view it. Another 5 minutes past and she finally arrives to show the home, in all she was 25 minutes late. Her attitude from the moment she stepped out of her car was arrogant and pompous, she made no attempt to apologize for making myself and the other couple wait 25 minutes, as if showing me this home was a waste of her time. This was also evident by the failure to call and let me know that she was running late for our scheduled time and her failure to notify me that I would be seeing the home with another couple. In addition to the horrendous customer service they completely misrepresented the home in the pictures they posted online. I was also scheduled to see two more homes with them for the next day and when they called to confirm I explained my feelings to them about the day prior and their only response was ok. They made no attempt to right their wrong or acknowledge my concerns. I do not believe my expectations were too high and I believe things could have been handled better if she had simply called to let me know she would be late and give me the opportunity to reschedule or to wait for her and by making me aware that Complete Property Care would be showing the house to multiple parties at the same time. Viewing a house in that way made me feel very awkward to say the least and I wasn't the only person to feel that way. My experience was so bad I will never do business with Complete Property Care. If your looking for a rental company who cares about their clients, keep looking this company is only after your money. read more

i'm currently renting from CCP in muncie, indiana. this is worst place i've ever rented. uncaring, unforgiving, cold, rude. my whole building is currently has the water shut off due to nonpayment by complete property care. they sent out maintenance to "look at it" to cover their lies. the water company said its non payment. CCP wont take responsibility. passed it on to the water company, said the problem is on their end. me and my son have no water, no useable restroom and no offer of help, no apology, no help with a hotel room or any reimbursement of any kind. CCP says "there's nothing we can do". My place has so many problems, and maintenance takes forever to come out and do anything about it. they send the worst people out - with no masks during the pandemic. most my outlets aren't grounded. my front door was busted for 7 months, causing my heat and electric bills to skyrocket. there's black mold and mice throughout the building. there's a huge mound of cat litter outside our back door. when we get snow, we've been scolded for not doing the building's job of cleaning the sidewalks. the building is absolute trash. no one vacuums the hallways. the washer/drier is always messed up. we have half the neighborhood with our door code that come over to use our laundry. there's dog poop on the carpet in the hallways. do not rent from CCP. ever. ever. ever. you'll become a victim of theirs, and they do not care one single bit. read more
