I did contact Hallmark homes at the time and only got that it was out of warranty and that we should have check when it was getting built. Who checks inside of an outdoor A/C unit. Next thing that happened was that the pipes froze in one of our bathrooms, when we took out the surround tub behind the tub were the duct work for the furnace was, actual trash was left inside the walls of our house. And we found no insulation between wall and the attic part of the garage, no wonder the pipes froze. This year we unfortunately got hit by a tornado with wind and hail damage to the outside of our house, yesterday they started pulling off the original siding and found there is no house wrap on our house! Not only that the OSB board have 1" to 2" gaps in them, you can see the inner drywall from between the gaps, meaning there is no insulation in the wall!! It now makes since over the past 19 years why our home has had so many drafts. We are now going to have to pay out of our pockets for the water damage caused by not having house wrap under the siding and fixing all the OSB board that are gapped. Unless you have time to be at you home while it is being built 24/7 do not contract with Hallmark Homes.

Well i just figured out that I posted my review on Michaels construction on the wrong…read morebusiness...kind-of...he's listed twice...once as Michael Construction & also listed as Michaels Construction...which is correct...So I'll do my review for work that I had done a couple years ago. Two years ago my pest inspector discovered termites under our home(bad news).Lots of floor joists eaten up. We got a few bids on the project & then went with Michaels Construction. Jack(the owner) came in & repaired & replaced many joists that were damaged or completely eaten. The job was done on time & they even cleaned out rubbish under the house that previous workers have left. Now our floors seen solid. I would recommend Michaels to anyone needing home renovation...

Don't use this company......in their fine print,…read morethey will not use a licensed plumber and we are having plumbing issues with our brand new home..we had to have it dug up and they use inside plumbing pipes instead of outside plumbing pipes ...we had to replaced and fixed correctly... they did not lay down the gravel in there for the pipes for under the pipes to adjust. They didn't drum the pipes correctly... we tried to get them to fix the issue and they refused so we got an attorney and that cost use thousands ..they said it's in their fine print they don't have to use license plumbers... Also, they tore up my neighbor's yard and driveway and told them that they would fix it leveled out and put gravel in and they did not do that either !!!

Precision patched it up and it looks fantastic! In addition, I had a towel bar and a toilet paper holder that had been glued onto the walls by the previous homeowner. Joe, from Precision, took them right off, patched the holes that resulted, and put in my new TP holder, as well as a towel hook. The last thing they did was fix a couple big cracks around my sliding glass door and patch the ceiling on the main level where there was water damage. He patched it and also replicated the texture on my ceiling perfectly. I definitely intend to have Precision out again to fix, and paint, a number of things in my house. They're very personable, easy to work with, fairly priced, and did everything I hired them to do beautifully! Highly recommend
