Multiple other drywall companies didn't want to take the job, but Mike took one look and said "That won't be a problem." In addition to the drywall, the painters got everything exactly right. We had been burned by painters in the past who put colors on the wrong walls, etc., and we were nervous that it would happen again. But we were very wrong! Not a single issue with paint location, and there were no drips or bleed onto other walls. I was expecting to pay a lot more for the amount of work that needed to be done, but it was reasonable and Mike gave me the estimate in person on the spot. If we ever need work done again, they'll be my first call.

The first project I needed done was some siding repair and a rebuild of a little gate out front, as well as repair of some rotted wood on my front steps. I obtained quotes from 5 different companies (well, tried to - two of the companies came, wrote down my information, and never sent an email or called). Jason responded with a very reasonable, professional, written quote within 48 hours (might have even been 24, it was a while ago, I can't remember now). He responded to every text message I sent immediately, showed up at EXACTLY the time he said he would, and the work was performed quickly and perfectly. Obviously I called him again for the next thing I needed done (overhead racks in the garage). Again, responded to every message and phone call, showed up when he said he would, did the work quickly and perfectly. Oh, and they are all super professional and nice and trustworthy and I literally took a nap in my room while they were working in the house, so there's that too. Not to sound overly effusive, but I am on project six with Fishers Remodeling and they have literally been flawless. Like, every other contractor is pretty much ruined for me. The one tragic part of this is now they are going to get super popular and start remodeling three million dollar mansions and I will never get them to assemble a Murphy bed for me again and then I'll have to start all over. But that's a problem for Future Me. Right Now Me is just enjoying the fact that YES I HAVE FOUND THE PERFECT CONTRACTOR. I want them to do really great and stay around forever, so definitely call them for ALL THE PROJECTS. First of all, Rojas wrote a very competitive estimate that included additional items not considered by the two other companies that submitted bids. Secondly, our contact there, Larry, at our request, worked with us to make an informed upgraded shingle choice as well as to make certain the trim pieces were appropriately matched. Third, the installation was scheduled promptly, and completed in just one day on our 2700 sq. ft. very modern home with several distinct roofing sections. Fourth, cleanup was excellent, leaving our surrounding yard and landscaping pristine. Thanks to Larry and all the fine Rojas employees we had contact with on their excellent work. A section of the floor in the front guest bedroom, the adjacent closet floor, and guest bathroom…read morefloor squeaked. I thought I needed a support beam installed in the basement to provide additional support for the floor joists. So, I contacted Gary Simpson from Simpson Construction to see if he could install a floor support system. Gary came out and immediately noticed that installing a support beam wouldn't solve my problem. Apparently, the builder had moved a few of the floor joists after the subfloor was put down to make room for the toilet drain in the bathroom. This adjustment created the squeaking noise. The builder tried to fix the problem by installing several wooden cross braces to reinforce the now unsupported seams of the subfloor. You can see the cross beams the builder installed in the attached picture. Sadly, the builders shoddy workmanship did not fix the problem. Now I need to fight with the builder to resolve my problem. I sincerely appreciate Gary's expertise and honesty in exposing this situation. I give Simpson Construction a ten star review and highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely hire Simpson Construction in the future to help with other projects. Gary is a great guy with an outstanding professional standard. We need more people like Gary in this country.

I had a short time frame I needed the work completed, so he made sure to get the job done in one day working 8:30am - 6pm. Another painter said the job would take two days. He always responded quickly via phone, email, and/or text. When Gulliver initially came over to give me a bid he immediately showed me his card and ID for safety purposes which I thought was very nice. Plus he was clean and didn't smell like cigarette smoke like other painters I got quotes from. Our newly painted room looks great now! I'm very happy with Gulliver and his team at Grace Renovations.
