We then contacted our insurance company and submitted photos and documentation. Although the timeline for completion was longer than originally stated, I know the team was battling high winds and a missed delivery from the supplier which was out of their control. During the course of the work, Shane and team looked out for imperfections that needed to be corrected which I chose to do for a small price.
